If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Today I completed my 90 hours at Hogan School of Real Estate, and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience. Hogan makes those 90 hours comfortable, helping you stay focused and truly learn. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The classrooms are spacious, with plenty of room between the tables, and have everything you need to study comfortably, including screens to follow presentations and lessons. There are also plenty of restrooms for everyone, both inside the school and outside the classrooms on the street side. They are very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly; I recommend bringing a light sweater because the classrooms stay very cool throughout the day. Something that made a BIG difference for me was being able to bring real food. There is a large refrigerator for students, two microwaves, and an area with a sink where you can prepare and heat your food. You can bring food from home and eat like you would at home instead of having to rely on snacks or packaged food. After spending so many hours at school, I really appreciated this. And speaking of coffee… ☕️ There is a machine that makes espresso, coffee, strong coffee, mocha, hot chocolate, and hot water, and it is FREE! There are also cups, spoons, and tea. In addition, there are vending machines with drinks and snacks. The breaks also make a big difference: 10 minutes every hour, plus a 30-minute lunch break. The office staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help, explain things, and take the time needed to answer any questions. But what really makes this school worth it are the INSTRUCTORS. You can tell they genuinely want you to learn. When you ask a question, they take the time to explain it, give you different examples, and provide different scenarios until you truly understand the concept. They make you feel that asking questions is a good thing and an important part of learning. They genuinely want you to ask questions and make sure you understand before moving on. After completing my 90 hours, I am leaving not only with my hours completed, but with the feeling that I truly learned and was supported throughout the entire process. If you are thinking about getting your Arizona real estate license, I definitely recommend Hogan School of Real Estate. And if Google let me give 10 or 1,000 stars… I would give them every single one! 😃
