What's not to like? Hoops makes the application process engaging and gives me a high-definition look at a candidate before ever submitting to a hiring manager. I love it and my candidates my candidates love it. I've been extremely satisfied.

We used them to hire for us. The labor market is crazy right now so it took a decent amount of time, but they did get us some interviews that we would not have found on our own. Our first one through them did not work out, but they honored a 90 day guarantee and helped us find another without any hesitancy.
