I first heard about HR Jetpack in 2018 from a co-worker. We both decided to study for the SHRM-CP. He opted for the HR Jetpack course, while I opted for self-study using the SHRM Learning System. I managed to pass that exam in December 2018, but found myself rushing through material at the last-minute and wished I'd used a more structured approach to prepare. Fast forward to early 2025, when I made the decision to go for the SHRM-SCP. This time, I decided to purchase the HR Jetpack course. My schedule can be unpredictable at times, so I chose to do the self-paced lessons taught by Christina Danforth herself. The lessons were extremely helpful as they presented the material in ways that made it easier to understand, complete with real-world examples from Christina's experience as an HR professional, and complemented the SHRM Learning System's reading material and quizzes. But the real winner? The Elimination Consideration technique. Those lessons alone are worth the price of the course. By the time I finished those lessons, I felt confident in my ability to correctly answer those questions. I PASSED my SHRM-SCP on 2/6/26! The best part? Early in the process, I connected with Christina on LinkedIn, and she took the time to message me and give me a helpful hint to review the Situational Judgment Item bonus course. If that didn't make it clear that I needed to review those lessons, nothing would. Once I passed, I messaged Christina to let her know, and again, she took the time to message me back. In short, I highly recommend HR Jetpack for anyone who wants to put themselves in the best position to pass the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam.

I was having a really hard time studying for the SHRM-SCP. There is so much information that you need to be able to absorb, and I didn't know how to start. It is truly information overload. I needed help - desperately. I Googled SHRM certification classes, and HR Jetpack was the first company to come up. I saw that they were a SHRM education partner, which made me feel better. With my busy schedule, it was critical that the classes be offered asynchronously. I was able to go at my own pace which helped tremendously. It was still very hard, but Christina broke it down into sections which made it more palatable. This is more than just a SHRM prep class. Christina reaches out to you via email, LinkedIn, etc. to connect with you and check in. It was definitely worth the time, effort, and money that I put into this program.

I didn't think I needed a study aid, but when I found myself behind the 8 ball in my timeline, I pulled out the Jetpack. No i'm not sure how I would have passed without it. Much needed "discussion" on the topics rather than reading exercises, But also provided the formula for answering the questions on the exam. I appreciate HR Jetpack's Contribution to my success.
