I didn't think I needed a study aid, but when I found myself behind the 8 ball in my timeline, I pulled out the Jetpack. No i'm not sure how I would have passed without it. I was confused on where to start my HR certification journey when I came in contact with hrjetpack. I had 9 years of experience just working in Human Resources and handling managerial roles but I wanted more. I took the self paced classes I listened to Christina’s voice until I would hear it in my sleep lol… Before I got hrjetpac I had applied for SHRM-CP even though I was qualified for SCP because I didn’t want to fail but hrjetpack gave me the confidence and I decided to go for SCP and I took both exams in the space of 1 week and aced! What I like the most about hrjetpack is the elimination consideration technique. That is a great resource. HR Jetpack was phenomenal! I know without this program I would not have passed. I have a jam packed schedule (don't we all!) and with the flexibility to watch classes on demand and not be tied to a set window of rigidness was GREAT! I utilized the live classes as well and they were great for networking and listening to suggestions from others on the same journey as myself. The on-demand videos and material went everywhere with me, it was on play in the car, at the gym, plane rides; everywhere!
