With our business growing into multiple new locations, we wanted to re-evaluate our operational workflows to make sure they were expandable. Jason came in with immense knowledge of where to facilitate and guide our conversations so that all team members were able to contribute. This allowed for a lot more exchange and transparency of information. The experience has helped us redefine our processes and procedures so they can be expandable to all locations. But more importantly, the framework that was used is now replicable in other facets of our business not just our operations when it comes to reviewing workflows and procedures. This was very eye opening in terms of understanding where the break downs and bottle necks are. Having a visual will allow us the ability to properly build out SOP's and checklist to increase our efficiencies and QC. Overall the experience was great. Jason was easy to work with and wanted to make the process as easy as possible for my team. And hearing his insight into what has or hasn't worked for other businesses added a ton of value as sort of an extra bonus to the chart building.

Getting separate locations working in the same direction was a huge challenge. I have three locations, and therefore, three different managers directing my teams in the local markets. It's a tremendous challenge to keep everyone executing to the same standards. While our process was documented to some degree, it wasn't in a format that was easy to follow. Jason helped to bring the project process into focus so all could follow and be on the same page. This has made a tremendous difference for my team.
