This allowed for a lot more exchange and transparency of information. The experience has helped us redefine our processes and procedures so they can be expandable to all locations. But more importantly, the framework that was used is now replicable in other facets of our business not just our operations when it comes to reviewing workflows and procedures. I cannot recommend Jason enough, the in-person workshop and his follow-up and resource availability after are far superior to previous experience with other similar services.
