Easy to work with. They took care of everything with insurance. Just had to show up, drop car off, and then come back to pickup. They offered rental car, offered to pay for carwash before dropping off car so it's easy for them to identify all hail damage. All hail damage was fixed.

I had an AMAZING experience with iHail from start to finish! Keeyon was the first person I met. He noticed my car on the street and told me about iHail’s services. I actually saw him chatting with our 94-year-old neighbor too, and he was so sweet and respectful with her. His personality really stood out. After I agreed to schedule a time, he not only set up the appointment with his manager Ricky but also sent me a reminder the day of, which I really appreciated. Ricky arrived right on time, inspected my vehicle and explained the entire hail damage repair process in a clear way. When it came time to schedule my shop inspection, I stressed that I could only be there for 30 minutes. Sure enough, when I pulled into the lot, Barrett and Aaron were already waiting for me. They quickly inspected the damage, explained the process, and had me out in just 15 minutes. I was so impressed! From there, the team took care of everything: they filed the insurance claim, set up my rental, and even arranged for me to be dropped off at the rental location. My car was fully repaired and returned to me in less than 24 hours. What stood out the most was the communication, transparency, and stellar customer service every step of the way. We had 2 vehicles done and they worked with the insurance company which made it easier. One one of the vehicles it had a cracked sun roof, they actually had to argue with the insurance (insurance did not want to cover) and got them to pay for replacement. The glass company actually did the work at Ihail. I would use them again!

Got a solicitor at my house who said can fix the damage without deductible, they set up an assessor to check my hail damage at my convenience, after that I brought my car to the shop where they took all the pics for estimate and after I filed a claim with my insurance they took over everything else with them until I brought my car in on Friday at 3pm. They told me it’d be done by Monday but called me Saturday morning saying it was ready. Took less than 24 hours and it’s done perfectly without any cost to me 10/10

I would recommend this service for anyone living where we get golf ball+ size hail that leaves pock marks all over your poor car.

I very rarely do reviews... However this place is AMAZING !!! I was actually in this industry yrs back , with that said I do not allways disclose that . This for me at least can't be a great way to test honesty , integrity and quality of work . Im not a young guy , 30 yrs in Auto Repair and Auto Body . So with that let me say not only were the repairs flawless , they even did a couple of extra things going above and beyond . It seemed too good to be true, but here we are a few weeks later and my car no longer looks like a golf ball and I didn’t pay a dime.
