A key takeaway for me is that I have not been planning enough. I am realizing it's a skill that I haven't properly developed. I keep too much in my head instead of using tools, systems and calendars to help. Seeing the detail you go to with your planning in Notion was eye-opening. I really liked how you showed me your Notion Dashboards and explained why you do what you do. I also liked how you talked about building a personalized system that I would ENJOY using. It's been a couple of weeks since our session, and I can already feel a difference in the way I approach things. I appreciated the extra time you spent to answer questions and listening beyond our scheduled time. I highly recommend you to others because I know you understand Notion and various productivity systems and frameworks very well and have personally implemented and used them successfully.

The biggest takeaway from the call was to use more databases and create a centralized hub for my databases. I liked that it was a free-flowing conversation where we covered a variety of topics and there was space for both of us to speak and ask questions. Janice gave me a different way to look at my setup, and the emphasis on simplicity has inspired me to go back to basics with my dashboards. I haven't implemented it all yet as it will take some time but I am excited about the potential. I would definitely recommend her content to friends who are looking to improve their productivity systems. I think she have some great systems, templates, and ways of thinking that can help others.

I loved the specificity of the advice I got on the call. I finally felt that I have a chance at making a Notion system that works for me rather than the other way around. Janice addressed all my challenges and the next time I have a particular project to manage in Notion I know I now have the ability to do it a lot better. The biggest takeaway from our session was how to organise all my data/notes in Notion into one single database. Janice was great at listening to my problems and experience with Notion, and then explained a better way to organise my Notion going forward. I came away with a clear way to re-organise my data into databases. I now feel enthused to re-engage with Notion! Highly recommend.

And then starting small and with the simplest tasks would be the way to approach using Notion. I got a lot of ideas about how to get started using Notion which was very helpful. Janice helped me dig into my emotional blockers for productivity. She was very easy to talk to and listened intently. She offered useful tips and insights, such as the difference between workflow vs system. I found the mindset discussion very useful as these psychological blockers are getting in the way being productive in my business. That mindset discussion was as valuable as the technical Notion tips and solutions she offered. Really enjoyed the session and got a lot of value from it. Janice was knowledgeable with Notion, respectful and empathetic, highly recommend.
