John was AMAZING to work with. After the training the team had our best week in 7 months! The simplified messaging is really resonating and allowing us to reach out to more people at scale with relevant messaging. Although it's new for the team and they are struggling a bit the cold call framework has been excelent; they've done a good job of using fumbling through a script as a way to humanize the cold calls to their advantage. Some of the more senior reps have implemented the "I have 5 questions to ask you" in some of their pre-scheduled calls and that has been going really well. Overall we're humming and need to keep the momentum going!
