The program allows you to reflect and learn out of our busy day-to-day and rush environment. From the 3 modules of Align, Accelerate and Sustain, they have an in-depth lesson within each category to help resetting your way of work for a better. A simple reminder to take a break, fresh air, prior and after a long project. Most importantly, this has created a stronger connection within colleagues.

It is a program that allows to to take a step back from your day to day work to look at the big picture of what you're doing and align your focus.
