A very supportive and collaborative leadership development program delivered extremely professionally. Jimmy has a knack for creating a vibe in the room that allows us to make huge progress at a rapid pace without it feeling rushed.

I wanted to pass on a special thanks to the master facilitator, Jimmy B. for making our experience that bit more special. We really nailed our objectives in these sessions and he brought energy and life to the session which really helped us connect. Considering he was online and we were all in the room, I had my initial reservations but Jimmy's style were such that he felt like he was there with us. 

Jimmy and I partnered on the development of content for our High-Performance Teams toolkit for our organization of 20k+ employees. 

The brief started with a certain level of ambiguity and this was a consistent factor throughout the whole project as there were moving pieces in the wider organization. We had a framework to play within and themes to align to but at times it was challenging. 

Jimmy took a genuine interest in my journey as well as the work itself and brought a level of thinking which, through a blend of imparting knowledge and coaching, allowed me to find clarity and calmness so I could focus on what mattered. 

He also offered thought leadership in the creation of content based on the latest research and his own IP. It took no time at all for Jimmy and I to strike up a great relationship which allowed us to comfortably discuss issues that arose, execute the work and have fun whilst doing it. 

I believe this is a testament to Jimmy’s personality, demeanour, and customer-centric approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to partner with Jimmy in the future due to the resulting high standard of work and the strong relationship we forged.
