Jeff has been AMAZING to work with and I can't Thank him enough for the impact he has had here at M3. Specifically, the impact he has had on the launch of a brand-new SaaS application and establishing standards for our Digital Adoption team. We have Walkme implemented on two separate applications here at M3. The first application we implemented with an "out of the box" big service company type of approach. It went Ok, we received basic training and implemented some limited content but felt the overall experience didn't bridge the gap between user and software like we anticipated. But we knew Walkme could be a game changer for users in our industry, we just had to find someone to help get us there. We found Jeff through a Walkme slack channel and were impressed by his direct communication, hands on approach and willingness to truly understand our needs before trying to sell us a package of hours. WalkMe in our organisation was built by an external party and we didn't have any idea about building new content or analysing the existing ones. Jeff's sessions made me confident creating content, building and publishing it to various instances. We were able to build out insights and analytics through tracked events.
