To anyone that needs to hire the best of the best candidates, and has no time for messing around: I’ve interacted with dozens, if not hundreds, of recruiters over my years in SaaS. The large majority simply throw the proverbial spaghetti, and play the volume game. By sheer chance and keyword-matching, eventually hires happen. In these cases, success comes almost despite the obstacles that amateur recruitment processes throw in the way. Ends justify the means, right? Nope. Not even close. I simply don’t have the time to work around a service provider, rather than work with them. I’ve been working with Scott for well over a decade.
