I love these sessions that Senia gave (for FREE) in the JobSearch2023 series because of many reasons:
1) actionable advice with clear, simple formulas to follow, such as how to write the "About" blurb on LinkedIn,
2) directly addressing the various points of struggle for many job searchers out there,
3) her style: interactive, approachable, kind and very human and passionate in helping others.

I loved how the sessions were structured and covered the most challenging aspects of job searching. The course really meets you in the moment and empowers you to shift your mindset and your approach for searching for a job.
Senia is so authentic and invested in helping you navigate the job search process while maintaining wellbeing. She provides actionable suggestions and offers accountability through motivating but non-pressuring communications throughout the week. 5 stars all around!

Senia's job search course has been phemonenal! Although I'm a mid-career professional, I found myself doing my first real job search in Q1 2023. I read everything I could find on the "right" way to job hunt, and discovered there was tons of noise.
But Senia's class is the real deal! She provided incredibly helpful strategies. She also creates a sense of community, and offers a perspective on the job search that has left me feeling empowered and resilient. The mock interview sessions were particularly helpful in helping me refine my pitch with greater confidence and clarity. It was such a valuable opportunity to practice in a safe and supportive environment, and I feel much more prepared for real interviews now.
Her bite-sized modules followed by easy-to-use worksheets and practical advice made the job search process a lot easier to digest, and her coaching style was warm, supportive, and truly personalized. I left each session feeling inspired and equipped with a clear plan of action. I'm super grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Senia. I highly recommend her program to anyone looking to up their job search game!

The JobSearch sessions have been just what I needed in my current search. I'm far enough along in my career and have done enough job hunting that many "expert sessions" cover basics that I already know.
Senia's sessions are different. I jot down so many takeaways each week and find myself putting them to the test right away. She suggested a new set of questions kickoff to interviews that I've been using. It's changed the kind of conversations I'm having with interviewers for the better. Beyond all the practical gems, Senia's kindness and empathy for job searchers comes through the screen. I leave the sessions feeling a little less alone in a process that can be all too isolating. If you're 10+ years into your career and on the hunt (or even considering a change), you will be thankful to invest your time in these sessions!

Senia shared wonderful insights I hadn’t heard anywhere else (how to optimize for ATS, great ways to frame your narrative with the recruiter, etc.) and you can tell that she’s exceptionally good at this. Super prepared, organized, and a wonderful communicator! Highly recommend this course if you’re looking for your next role.

I initially met Senia few years ago through an executive coach program from my then-employer. I saw and experienced an authentic connection through her listening and caring, and we have stayed connected. I enjoyed her programs through Covid lockdown and am now benefiting from her JobSearch2023 program. I appreciate she offers this as free, and it is not a "teaser" for some paid program.
The discussions, guidance, and the guests all have been offering usable input for my search. I'm thankful she shares the Workbook/notes for us to go back and review. Some key practices for me:
* Networking/asking,
* SARI stories, and the
* mock/practice interviews with guests!

Senia is a highly competent and community-driven coach. She is helping many who are out of a job suddenly and may not have been practicing interviewing for a long time.

Biggest take away is to drive the interview to be more conversational and interactive, prep/prep/prep, and leverage your own personal strengths to how to prepare and execute to landing next opportunity (networking, marketing, planning, delivery). What you have to give and what they want to take has to be aligned! Be yourself!
