To say that Double is a game changer is THE understatement of the decade! 🤩 Not only has it streamlined our workload, systemized processes, and improved communication (both internally and with clients), but we also use the client portal with prospects. We do all of our discovery and onboarding using the client portal which is just one more test to see if a client is a good fit and can fit into our systems. Ben and Kenny have not only designed an incredible product for our industry but they are two of the coolest guys in town! 👓 I no longer have shiny-squirrel syndrome, which is a feat in and of itself! Hands down the best option for our industry! As an extra bonus the weekly updates continue to improve on an already spectacular product!

Double's Chrome extension has significantly increased our productivity! When coding bank transactions and asking for information from the clients it saves so much time not having to bounce back and forth between apps. Great job team!

I'm SO THANKFUL for the "Expense Inconsistency" Report! It led me to a Banking Rule that was automatically putting transactions in an incorrect account. I have NO IDEA how that rule was created! But without the Double report, I might not have noticed! Thank you, Ben Stein and the Double team! ❤

Don’t know why I waited so long to roll out Double as my client portal. Been using it I think a year now for month end and task management but only recently rolled out the portal to clients. They love it and they’re SO responsive!! Now I’m sitting here on my couch on my iPad reviewing client responses pushing their comments to QuickBooks memo, updating the expense account and attaching files…. Ben Stein Kenny Song you guys have changed lives for real 😍😍😍 Anyone who may be holding off on the branded portal piece… it’s so worth it!!!! My most elusive clients are responding almost in real time!!!

This week we onboarded entity #29 to the virtual controller portfolio. The Double app is a month-end dream to help the bookkeeper team close the books, and help me manage the team and the client work. I couldn’t ask for better.
