I had not heard of Kenny before, although I was roughly familiar with the topic he presented. After less than 10 minutes, I knew I was going to love the next 7 hours of his presentation. He's an excellent and animated presenter--no boring, snoozer sessions with Kenny! He clearly presented both the business model and the corresponding leadership model well and with concrete examples. He allowed plenty of time for questions from our 20+ member class and he challenged us each to grow in at least one area of our leadership. I highly recommend him as a speaker and coach.

The Personal Road Map is a useful tool that allows leaders to identify personal strengths and weaknesses and therefore places to take action in! If you get a chance to attend one of his session DO IT!
