The instructors they bring in are truly wonderful teachers. They all give a lot of practical examples from the field On top of covering the material. The key material itself needs a little updating to match the current laws.

Mr Andrew has a very laid back calming approach to teaching. Very open, patient and direct which is helpful. Willing to answer any and all questions, great character. Now I just had Mr. Jim as well and that class was alive. It was great lots of group interactions, different styles of learning. AMMMMAAAAZING. They are the best school in NV. Easy to enroll, they have classes all year long and a lot of dates to choose from, you can always fit it in to your schedule. They have other states licensing classes too.

Key Realty School has provided a very professional platform for learning whether online or in person. I am in the Home Inspection program and enjoy the presentations and the instructor. This is a difficult class to teach because of the vast amounts of information required to learn. Kevin does a very good job of presenting the information as well as teaching the onsite home inspections. His vast experience is very evident and very much appreciated. I recommend Key Realty School highly. Be prepared to learn!!!

Key Realty school is where I attended to get my real estate license. I continue to come back to Key for all my licensing classes. I enjoy the instructors and find the subject materials easy to absorb. I also enjoy the flexibility of class schedules as well as being able to attend the classes online.

Outstanding curriculum and instructors! Starting with the training coordinators who walked me through the online curriculum all the way through the cram course, the most helpful people! The cram course with Ricky was worth my Saturday. I passed both state and national exams on the first try after doing the courses followed by the cram course. Jimmy Dague had a great sense of humor and very relevant stories from his decades of experience in the industry. Tom Payne had great stories and decades of experience. The videos recorded from the fall were not optimal, as he did not yet align the slides and new text book when presenting. It was still an excellent course. Tamara Tyrbouslu was extremely prepared and organized; it was the most efficient section of the entire course. She also had real world content to relate to the specific topics. She took the time to map the text pages to the lecture and created a study packet for the state content. You have to take ownership of your own journey and what the requirements are, and maybe this is an opportunity to have this outlined for new students. Customize your own schedule and goals. I finished the course in 5 weeks, but it was definitely a sacrifice, and it's only the beginning - more continuing ed and choosing a broker right away is necessary to get your license in Nevada. Highly recommend this program!

Absolutely LOVE Jena at the front office. She is super helpful and also informative. She always has a smile on her face and has always been able to answer all of my questions! Please if you guys have any questions regarding ANYTHING do not hesitate to ask her! Love this school as well! All of the teachers/instructors are amazing I have to give a HUGE shout out to Ms.Katherine! She really tackles the job at teaching! Especially when you haven't been to school in over 10yrs! With all the materials and tools you receive here you are on the path to SUCCESS!

Initially, I had some frustration around getting my certificate expedited before my license deadline, and my first calls didn’t leave me feeling heard. However, after sharing my concerns, the operations manager, Megan, personally reached out and handled the situation with care and urgency. I genuinely appreciate the follow-up and accountability. It's clear they care about student success and are willing to step up when needed. Thank you, Megan and the Key Realty team, for making things right.

Good class

It was not bad at all, all the people in the main office were nice. The instructors were all good. It was intense doing 30 hours in 4 days for my CE, but the teachers made it bearable. And it is pretty affordable too. I waited to the week before it was due (don't suggest doing that) but it was easy to upload and get done quick. There is only one class a month for the CE though (like per session)-- just just be careful with that and planning ahead.

Key Realty is an excellent school with knowledgeable and informative teachers who are dedicated to helping students succeed. Highly recommend for anyone pursuing a career in real estate!

I had an amazing experience at Key Realty School while completing my CAM Pre-Permit course over six weeks. Throughout the course, I had three instructors, each of whom brought incredible knowledge, dedication, and passion to their teaching. Lara Knipmeyer started us off, setting a strong foundation, and Ed Song, Esq., taught two of our classes—both did a fantastic job! Then, we transitioned to Paul Rich, who took over for the remainder of the course. Paul’s enthusiasm for teaching is undeniable! He puts so much time and effort into making the classes both educational and engaging. On top of that, he went the extra mile by organizing a full-day Test Prep class, which was incredibly detailed and helpful. What truly stood out to me was how all three instructors were so generous with their time. They even provided their personal contact information so we could reach out with questions after the course ended—a true testament to their commitment to our success! A huge thank you to Lara, Ed, and Paul for all of your guidance and support. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without your expertise!
