Um grande instrutor de Respiracao,muito especial,cada sessao de breathwork feita me dava mais energia,Paz e Conexao com o ambiente a atmosfera a minha volta num nivel que nao tinha sentido antes tudo que fazia tinha mais qualidade e Eficiencia,cada sessao me trouxe grandes aprendizados sobre A respiracao,recomendaria kitaro por sua fluidez nas sessaos nos ensinando de uma maneira tao incrivel as musicas,todas perfeitas pra cada sessao,minha recomendacao que entre sem medo de que esta fazendo o melhor pela sua Saude

Kitaro's guided breathwork has become an essential part of my morning routine. After an early breathing session, I feel grounded and ready to take on the day, knowing I can always return for another session if needed.
I really look forward to Kitaro’s live lessons, especially because they give us the chance to ask questions and deepen our understanding. I also highly recommend his courses. They’re easy to access, thoughtfully structured, and packed with clear, informative explanations across a wide range of topics related to mindfulness and well-being.
Since breathwork includes so many different elements, it’s hard to single out just one experience—it truly feels like a complete and integrated package. I always do my best to encourage anyone who’s considering joining Kitaro’s courses and classes by sharing everything I’ve experienced myself.

Since I started training my mind, diaphragm, and lungs, I’ve noticed a big change—my abdominal elasticity has improved, and I can now feel and recognize when my breath becomes chaotic in stressful situations. That’s been a total game-changer for me and a huge motivation to keep going with breathwork.
An unexpected benefit is that I’ve become more self-confident and relaxed in face-to-face situations at work (I’m a hairstylist). That shift has made a real difference.
Lastly, I just want to say how much I appreciate you—your voice, your work, and your ideas. I often recommend you during haircuts 😉

I started training in breathwork with Kitaro after reading James Nestor’s book. I explored various resources and tried different techniques and apps (Wim Hof, Dan Brulé, etc.), but everything changed once I discovered Kitaro’s Academy and began training there. For me, it was truly a blessing. Kitaro is open to different methods and has a calm, non-aggressive way of teaching that really resonates.
I now practice breathwork a few times a week, combining it with meditation and mobility training. It helps me stay grounded and calm—even as I write this from Ukraine, where Russian attacks on our homes happen every day and night.
