My favorite part of the bootcamp was the templates and the video tutorials that went with them. I never felt lost or like I was on my own, with Dan demonstrating how to use them. I feel like I now have all of the tools I need to continue my passion of building an awesome one person business. Using the concepts I learned in the bootcamp put my on the fast track to monetization on X (Twitter).

This bootcamp was amazing! Full of useful information on how to create a system for creators. This is a great tool to capture thoughts, teachings, perspectives and chew on them for a while and make them your own. It teaches introspection, contemplation, critical thinking, all necessary for creation. I highly recommend this bootcamp for anyone who wants to set themselves up as a content creator and one-person business!

My problem to date has been 'getting started.' I know how I want to help, but I have been plagued with indecision about 'how do I capture all my thoughts?' and 'how do I articulate them for impact?' It's incredible how effectively Dan simplifies writing and content creation for newcomers. The bootcamp felt streamlined, helping me understand the end goal of the writing process. What a blessing to be able to join this space. I loved the clarity calls each week, and the tasks that gave structure and progression into building my personal brand. The steps forward are clear to me... but more than that, it's helped me build my GPS to navigate my way into the one-person business world. I've been writing content for several years but was never fully satisfied with my methods. My social posts were often a place where I'd share my rambling thoughts. Dan Koe's Writer's Bootcamp has changed all of that. As a participant in the boot camp, my favorite part was that larger concepts were broken down into more concise and easily digestible points with a given action plan that supported the material. This allowed me to consume the material and practice as I progressed. I now have a designated creator time with a workflow that I am developing using the principles from BootCamp. Having a community of others on the same journey is helpful because seeing their feedback is usually easier than my own because there are fewer emotional ties.

Joining Kortex has been one of the best decisions of my life. Before using Kortex, I used to struggle to come up with ideas and staying consistent. Now I have an endless supply of ideas and can't stop writing. Dan and the team have created an app like no other. Kortex will truly change the way you see writing.

I started a new X account for this bootcamp and got more focused on my Substack. My numbers are going up doing nothing more than writing much more cohesively. I write frequently but impulsively, now I'm getting feedback that my writing is more impactful because I'm applying more structure. In a sense it feels like going from writing in a shotgun scatter shot style to using a high powered rifle with a precision scope. I'm hitting the target much more often. The reason for that is the course (and the Kortex app) made me stop and ask, "What the hell AM I hoping to accomplish with all these words?" For whatever reason, I'd never looked at my writing from a strategic vantage point that considers impact now and legacy later. That alone has made it worthwhile and, who doesn't love to see stats climbing higher?

Before joining Dan Koe's Kortex Writing Bootcamp, I was stuck in a loop of limiting beliefs that kept me from launching and writing in public. I wanted the personal brand lifestyle but just couldn’t shake the fear and self-doubt. Kortex changed all of that. The educators, moderators, and community were incredibly kind and supportive. For the first time, I felt comfortable and confident enough to put myself out there. So many tried to get me out of my way in the past, did not succeed. But once I did it, I realized how silly those fears were. I've taken many courses, but this one was the only one that actually got me to launch. I'm incredibly grateful to you, Dan, and your team for this transformative experience and highly recommend it to anyone ready to level up their writing and personal brand.

I thoroughly enjoyed this bootcamp - the curriculum - connecting with people - the challenge of keeping up with the tasks. I made some breakthroughs - crystallized what my products and services are - saw beyond the newsletter to starting a business - got involved in a mastermind group. I've been able to reflect on how far I've come. At the same time, I see how far I have to go. I see this project as my life's work - the evolution of my soul. I know the value I possess, and I now know I need to work on presenting it in a way that makes that value evident to the audience. I need to make my messages concise (which X character limit helps with) and attention grabbing. And I need to work on my time management strategy. The Kortex app (along with the templates) helped me to organize my thoughts and research better than anything else I've tried before. Through the clarity calls, Dan and Joey have instilled in me the confidence that I can make my dreams of getting paid to write come true.

It was mind expanding and fun to use an app that replicates the way we compartmentalize information in our brain, yet makes it very easy access to retrieve a particular piece of information whenever you need it. Great app!

The first 2 weeks were incredibly valuable, understanding the entire writing pipeline, how to create a niche of 1, and creating a second brain. The following weeks Dan walked through his personal writing process and shared how he is able to write with such authority.

Before this bootcamp I was chasing my own tail. I joined for the community aspect for a sense of accountability. The bootcamp had a great atmosphere with everyone posting their wins and tasks. It drove me forward to commit fully into this new direction. The teaching was fantastic and brought things into perspective. These 5 weeks have ingrained a habit of writing that will last me a lifetime. I knew that l wanted to become some type of online writer, but when l would sit down to write... it didn't go well. And that's changed for the better. With the Kortex app and Dan's guidance, my beginner writing skills have blossomed. Every week l saw meaningful changes in how l wrote. My growth on Twitter took me from 86 bots to 114 followers. With 16 who l know are really people. I only really started doing what you need to do to grow in the last 2 weeks. l wanted to better my writing and have a pool of content to pull from. This has set a good foundation for me to grow.

The course is so well heavily packed with golden nuggets of information! I am still going over it revisiting some of the lessons and taking my time to set up a strong foundation. As a person interested in putting myself out there and writing it has provided me with a clear system of how to go about building a database of ideas and write on them easily. I even had a couple of article pieces that I pulled off in less than 2 hours total writing time from idea capture to publishing! I loved being in the community and getting to learn from other's examples that have been shared in our boot camp channels. The name of the game is persistence and this course provided me with exactly how to persist to see my goal coming to life!
