I sent a support request and Amy McIlwaine quickly replied with this explanation and solution: - She thanked me for bringing it to her attention - She explained how the oversight had happened - She offered me a free signup to a much bigger course that covered that topic in detail Mistakes happen. This is an ideal way to address it. I never even had a chance to get to "miffed". I went straight from "wondering where that thing is" to "really delighted".
