I'm still learning to deal with the immediate impostor syndrome I feel while reading through my results, but even THAT was covered in the results. I'm still shocked at how well the Enneagram results matched me overall, especially considering my hesitations about the system and because it felt like I was going back and forth between 3 different types.
I'd been hesitating on biting the bullet on offering consulting services for my skillset, but my Pathfinder results helped me to just put myself out there, with the reminder that I don't need to know everything, "just more than the client about their specific problem." I think that this is a good way to explore paths that I'd never really considered before, as well. So, if you need some ideas for redirection, that also takes into consideration who you are, I think that this is a really helpful tool.

I had to take a lot of long walks to ponder the answers to the prompts, and I think writing it all out was cathartic. After submitting the prompts, Claire put together a 90-page document detailing my "Edge" statement, and giving ideas for my resume, cover letter, LinkedIn content, and interview strategies. She also made suggestions for the kinds of roles I would be best suited for, and she gave tips for wellness strategies during the job search. On top of all this, she offered four virtual sessions with a small group where she went through the materials and gave us a chance to ask lots of questions. This was such a thorough and personalized exercise. I am going to be using the materials and strategies for years to come. I have already recommended Claire to friends! Worth every penny.

With examples, scripts, mindset shifts, and frameworks that are truly game-changing, this 2-hour workshop easily could’ve been $200.
I’m in a season of life where I want to stop pandering to employers and start standing fully in my value. I want to own my career, personal brand, and identity, and approach companies as clients, not gatekeepers. This workshop couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
My biggest takeaways? Seeing target companies as customers, viewing interviews as strategy sessions, and the idea that you’re doing a disservice to the world by not sharing your gifts. Claire flipped the way I think about my career.

I blew her away with all the borrowed advice I gave her, and she told me the information was so valuable. I shared that my newfound confidence was from Ladies Get Paid and to sign-up! So, thank you for reminding me of my worth and how I deserve to find a high paying job if I want it. Know these are hard times, but I'm learning so much through all the chaos!

Negative self talk is an ugly monster that takes a vacation every once in a while, but when it comes back, it's so powerful and zaps everything from you. I was recently the fortunate recipient of Claire's free summer coaching sessions. What makes Claire effective as a coach is her quick, yet thoughtful diagnosis of a situation. We spoke for 45 minutes, and at the end of the session, I had three solid action items to start immediately. I also felt more inspired and alive after our time together then I had in a quite a while.
Claire is honest, speaks from experience and a place of empathy. For most people who are struggling with something, those attributes are mission critical to someone who may feel solutionless, adrift and uninspired.
I was impressed with Claire's preparation, energy and willingness to be nimble. I know some coaches who never ask for feedback. Claire, several times throughout our session, asked for my feedback and thoughts on her ideas and suggestions.

My conversation with Claire highlighted ways in which I could better manage interviews. By taking the pressure of "telling my stories" just so and moving the interview into a more "conversational" state, as the interviewee, I can 1) understand what problems the team/hiring manager might be trying to solve and 2) showcase in the interview how I might try to address them. At the end of the day, people want to understand what it would be like to work with someone, and what better way to show that than through a conversational working session?!?
You should work with Claire if you want someone who is both direct and encouraging - she'll tell you what you can do better (e.g. in terms of interviewing) while simultaneously reminding you are a rockstar.
