We've had a great experience with Land AI. We added Land AI as a vertical. While we are primarily focused on direct mail, we wanted to have that extra reach that cold calling can provide. At the same time, we didn't want to manage a team of cold callers. Land AI has been a great solution to help us accomplish our goals. We've been going with them for four or five months now, and we are looking at about 10x ROAS. Brandon knows his stuff!

I'm crushing deals right now BTW! one of your leads, i signed in 5 days from when you called. $350k buy, trying to sell for $700k. the seller was holding it for a single house build but its zoned for 9 units. im going to flip it as a development property. going on a road trip to that one, then two others deals im subdiving, all from your leads other two are in idaho. 1. buy for $550k, subdivide and sell for $1.0M over 12-18 months 2. buy for $200k, do a boundary line adjustment to pick up one more building permit and end up with two lots, sell for $400k+ deals not done until money is in my bank account, but all looking good. one thing i will mention is its possible to deals like this remote but to really negotiate the right deal, get neighbors on board, and work with local contractors, its invaluable to do site visits and face to face IMO.
