It was a tough crowd being end of conference but Dennis brought energy and enthusiasm to his presentation. I thought it was effective that he stood mid room to be closer to his audience. I enjoyed the Leadership 101 session led by Steve. He did a great job drawing the team members out to discuss the modules they completed. The team members discuss different ways to host conversations and connect the dots between accountability and level of care. I think it's a great course for new managers or team members interested in management. The session reveals common leadership challenges you cannot learn in a tradition classroom setting.

The Emotionally Intelligent course is fantastic... I've only been through the first module, but it's: Simple. Actionable. Fast. There's everything a person needs to act...and nothing else.

Dennis came prepared and ready to share his information ! He was timely and professional and communicated to the audience in a way that kept their attention and wanting to ask more questions. He engaged the group and had them thinking about how they can redefine the way the manage their staff. Stop solving the problems for them and engage the staff so as they come up with the solution. Dennis was so easy to work with! Scheduling and communicating with him for our conference was stress-free. Wish all speakers were like this! I've never been in a training where someone has asked what we want to get out of the training and actually follows through on making sure that we touch on each point. So I really appreciated that, and really liked that Dennis was able to connect the frameworks to some of the things that our staff wanted to get out of the training themselves.
