It was a tough crowd being end of conference but Dennis brought energy and enthusiasm to his presentation. I thought it was effective that he stood mid room to be closer to his audience. I would recommend Dennis as a speaker on leadership. He focused content specifically on self-leadership, which is sometimes difficult to swallow for leaders. I enjoyed the Leadership 101 session led by Steve. He did a great job drawing the team members out to discuss the modules they completed. The team members discuss different ways to host conversations and connect the dots between accountability and level of care. I think it's a great course for new managers or team members interested in management. The session reveals common leadership challenges you cannot learn in a tradition classroom setting.

The Emotionally Intelligent course is fantastic... I've only been through the first module, but it's: Simple. Actionable. Fast. There's everything a person needs to act...and nothing else.

Dennis came prepared and ready to share his information ! He was timely and professional and communicated to the audience in a way that kept their attention and wanting to ask more questions.
