One of the most useful exercises we did with Chris was identifying symptoms that our target audience is facing. From there, we identified the actual problems that lead to those symptoms. We had never written all of this out, and it’s been extremely helpful to then use this within our main messaging, website copy, lead magnets, and pitch decks to tell and show our audience how we’ll help them achieve their dream outcome.
