I like how the program is defined with the details broken down technically. The formulae to convert calorie to protein/carb/fat and vice versa was the key to me to understand my nutrition. The workout program can be difficult to follow for a gym beginner, especially the supersets, but I am willing to give it a try and push myself through them.

I was looking for a program to get me back on track after getting derailed for a number of months, and the Lean Body 90 system was the ticket! My initial driver was the workout plan because it was straightforward and with compounding effects. Using free weights again after many years was at first challenging but I came to very much enjoy it and see (and feel) the benefits. But coupling the workouts with nutritional and lifestyle advice really cemented the value of the program. Walking is now a daily and vital part of my schedule. This program makes sense for anyone, whether as a tune up, like for me, or if you are just beginning your fitness journey. I met all of the goals I set for myself and will continue to build on them further. Thank you, Dan!

After following you on Twitter in early 2023, and exploring coaching with you (couldn't make the $ work at the time), I was stoked to see you release LB90. I jumped on it ASAP and dove in on April 1st. 


The framework was wildly helpful and brought immediate results for me - so immediate and sustainable that I felt like, "I could do 80-90% of this for the rest of my life!" 


So after 60 days of doing it hardcore, I dialed back into a rhythm I felt like I could genuinely sustain forever. I lead a small business of 30 employees and have two kids under three, so having energy both at work and on the home front is critical. 


I gained 20+ lbs since having kids (after previously losing 40 lbs from counting calories), so your methodology has given me something I know I can continue following and not gain weight back. 


 My mom recently came to town and said I'm in the best shape I've been in since graduating college. 


 Overall, in six months I've lost 25 lbs, lost 6 inches from my waist, and put on some muscle (not sure how much, let me know how I can calculate that!). 


Best of all, I definitely notice an energy difference and my wife is thrilled. 


 Dan: seriously man, thanks for beating the simple, clear, effective drum over and over on twitter/your email list/etc. It's been a game changer for me and I really appreciate you making your wisdom available to those that can't make a higher cost personal coach work.

Going through Lean Body already 3 weeks. Comparing with my previous workout , I can fee more energy after the work out, while lifting more kg's. The advantage of the Lean Body program, is very detailed "the why" and "the how". Thanks to Dan Go I hope to transform my habits to better.

Just want to say that your workouts have made me enjoy working out again and I look forward to it. As a 47 year old, I realized that going as hard as I used to (crossfit, metcon, bootcamps etc) was burning me out, causing more injuries, and my down time was creeping up as a result. Now I’m getting performance and enjoyment in my fitness routine again.

I had already lost 20lbs over 2 months earlier this year using a Slow Carb diet but was concerned I was losing as much muscle as I was fat. I since joined LB90 program this past April was was quickly able to lose another 14 lbs in 2 months while adding on much needed muscle. The LB90 diet program I found was much easier to follow for a longer term so a better chance to stick with it. This beauty of the program is also the simplicity of it. Workouts are only 30 minutes and easily done with some adjustable dumbbells and a bench at home. Little excuse not to do this at least 4 times per week. Following Dan GO on X (formerly twitter) is a must, his daily post are packed with some great info, tips and reminders! 6 months into the program and still going strong.

This course is life-changing. Not only for weight loss - which does happen, I am down 13 pounds after 8 weeks, and counting - but in every aspect of one's life . I especially enjoyed the mind control section - brilliant, it matches so much of what I already knew on the topic but brings it all together in a way that makes so much sense and is so immediately applicable. The same is true for all the other sections in the course, they are so impactful because each comes with a simple framework and tools to put Dan's advice into practice immediately. Dan does a great job explaining the why’s of the program and has made it easy to follow with helpful tips and apps to use. Best thing to do is don’t think about it but jump right into it. Can’t wait to see the next 45 days.

If you are hesitating - don't. I hovered over the "purchase" button for a solid 20 minutes before pulling the trigger. I was nervous that after 10 years of being involved in fitness, I wouldn't learn anything new. But after an obnoxiously long plateau that I could not break through, I decided it was worth it. And damn, I am glad I made that choice. I've started to see real results for the first time in SO long. I'm about 8 pounds down and 2 inches off waist and chest. I'm about to begin it all over again. If I am being honest though - the efficient workouts make this program worth it alone. 25 minutes in the gym x3 a week? HELL YES. Never going back to hour long sessions again. Invest in yourself.

Prior to taking the course, I had been trying to lose weight for over a year using tips from the internet, many of which weren't evidence-based/sustainable, and I kept losing weight and gaining it back. Lean Body 90 has helped, both, my girlfriend and I to lose 10 lbs each - most of it fat - in the first 20 days. While it is normal to lose more weght early she is brand new to lifting - never touched a weight and she is 48. We have both lost a couple of inches around the waist. We will continue to take measurements and photos and return upon completion of the program to update this review. Suffice to say Dan specializes in women's fitness and fat loss and the formula is so simple. Eat single ingredient foods, get high protein and the right amount of calories (easy formula to figure this out is included and we are tracking on Fitness pal), sleep the right amount of hours, do the training - higher rep supersets to start and then it develops in Phase 2. It is pure and simple magic and you cannot help but see incredible results if you follow the program.

Hi, I’m Barry and I’m a happy participant in Lean Body 90! I’m only entering my 5th week, but already feeling improvements in my general health and strength. Moving to a protein forward diet with nutrient dense foods has been great so far. On the few days where I’ve backslid I’ve noticed it. For the first time in my life I’m noticing how my food intake impacts how I feel the next day or even the same day. The reasoning behind the weight training has led to me consistently doing weight training for the first time in my life. Prior I’d only had middling success with kettlebells and had really never picked up a dumbbell. (I do, thankfully, have a moderately decent push up habit.) Now I have travel next week and actually went out of my way to book lodging with some exercise equipment. My results are modest thus far, in part because I’m progressing up the weight ladder slowly. At 45 I do not want injury to set me back! Yet just today I noticed while walking around at a school event for my kid that I just felt…stronger and more comfortable. I’m quite hopeful that this is the beginning of a period where my improvements become more noticeable on the scale and measuring tape. Before picking up this course I was considering a personal trainer. The course was a fraction of that cost, so I figured it was worth a bet. My fallback position is still a trainer, but so far I’m hopeful that Lean Body 90 will be most of what I need. That says a lot considering I’m someone who has never before been able to self-motivate for more than 2 weeks!

What makes lean body 90 stand out from the others is the simplicity and straightforward approach with the modules and examples of exactly what you need to do. One big thing that many people get hung up on is Macros and when to eat. Dan explains it very clearly and lays out a plan that is easy to follow.
