Lease accounting isn’t just compliance: it drives real estate strategy and portfolio value. I’m excited to share that I’ve completed the Certified Global Lease Accountant (CGLA) program! The course, designed and taught by Matt Waters, CPA, CGLA covered the full lifecycle of lease accounting under ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
