I think there was a desire to be more approachable and to make more meaningful connections with people. Getting more in touch with myself has put me on the path to achieve these goals. LIFTT has been the catalyst in putting me on a path to be the best version of myself - for myself and for those people I have relationships with. Anyone who desires to be a better person and strengthen relationships with self and others should start LIFTT sooner than later.
