Loopio was reasonably easy to implement, and in 10 months of use we have not needed to contact customer support with any issues. It does everything I need, including creating RFP projects, loading Questions & Answers into the library, searching, exporting a proposal to a company template, and producing reports. The customer support is outstanding. I usually hear back from an email request within the hour, and they are able to answer my question.

I love the user-friendly platform. Training others within my organization to use Loopio for various projects is easy. I used Loopio at my previous job, and when I moved into a new role at a different company, I persuaded them to join as well. I implemented the platform and created a library from zero to over 1500 entries! I would never work for a bid and proposal company that does not subscribe to Loopio. It makes my job much more efficient and saves productivity for my entire organization. Also, the new feature of Generate AI is amazing! When I am lost for words, they guide me in finding the right ones!

I love Open collaboration and all collaboration tools that allow us to talk to project members as I use the Comments section frequently for notes. Once the collaboration is done,the Exporting process is a breeze, giving checkpoints to ensure the mapping is correct.
I am a big fan of Magic for specific entries and Bulk Magic. We will be having opportunities where Magic will be used in a big way coming up and these enhancements will really help us.

My favorite part is that the more we use Loopio the better it becomes. With answers iterated upon and improved they are available to see from past projects and add to the library, meaning. I was in the market for an RFx Response tool for about a month. Loopio stood out from the get-go. By FAR the best Sales experience I had with vendors in this space. The SDR (Katerina) personalised the response to me, asked the appropriate qualification questions on the call and got me in front of an AE much quicker than the competition. My AE (Sarah) was extremely helpful and got me set up on a sandbox to test the platform as soon as I asked, alongside having transparent pricing. This Sandbox access was extended a few times as I had to use it to demonstrate the value of the tool internally. The level of service continued post sale and my onboarding was a personalised, tailored experience. Having played with the sandbox extensively, my Customer Enablement Manager (Georgio) made sure that he wasn't covering things that I'd already explained that I knew/had done in the Sandbox. However, he was also great at challenging me when I expressed confidence in certain areas, he let me know that there may be things I hadn't explored or found and was always giving hints and tips. Alongside sharing customer experiences and best practices. It as a truly valuable onboarding experience that took just over 4 weeks. It would've been shorter. However, I had to move a few workshops around, Georgio was extremely accommodating and made the experience a pleasure. My CSM (Kiera) has taken over the account and had been in contact throughout the process and has proactively reached out and organised time to review in the new year.

No more searching through shared libraries or old responses, the Loopio library uses the best technology to help the end-user search and find the most up-to-date and relevant responses. Their search functionality gets in the weeds - a Proposal Manager's dream - drill down to the library location, various search terms, tags, exact matches, similar matches, and even with some Boolean capabilities (this had me sold!). The search options are nearly endless. Magic is a nifty tool that aligns a customer's question with your library entries using machine-learning and relevant search terms. Users can now search through past proposal responses done in Loopio for even more options to get the best entries.
Collaborating with subject matter experts is streamlined with their "assignment" capabilities. I assign questions, set deadlines, comment, and collaborate with team members. The interface is quite user-friendly with a dashboard to track progress (who doesn't love to visually view your progress). Recently added features include an open collaboration mode so more than one team member can contribute to a proposal response, and character counts, making Loopio the system that "does it all."
What's more, Loopio's options for export are trouble-free. We have pre-loaded templates, and our responses export beautifully directly from Loopio into Word. Loopio also allows us to export into the customer source files such as Excel - no more copying from Word into Excel.

The interface is quite user-friendly with a dashboard to track progress (who doesn't love to visually view your progress). Recently added features include an open collaboration mode so more than one team member can contribute to a proposal response, and character counts, making Loopio the system that "does it all."
What's more, Loopio's options for export are trouble-free. We have pre-loaded templates, and our responses export beautifully directly from Loopio into Word. Loopio also allows us to export into the customer source files such as Excel - no more copying from Word into Excel.

We have been working with Loopio for over six months and have been very impressed by the experience at all stages of the process, from the inital sales process, through the onboarding stage, and now daily usage. Everyone we have had contact with has been friendly, positive and really helpful, consistently going above and beyond to give us the support we need (they are also all really genuinely nice people who it is a pleasure to have contact with!) In terms of the software itself, it has had a massive impact on our productivity, even in this short time. I would say that it reduces the time needed to complete RFPs and Data Security Questionnaires by 50%, and it is a much more pleasant and effective experience than having to work with shared documents. The colour-coded progress bar makes it really easy to see how far through you are, and it's very satisfying to see it finally turn green! The application is visually appealing and very intuitive to use. Loopio also has a comprehensive help center where you can find a lot of useful information (with accompanying visuals, which I find really useful). On the few times, I have required additional support, the customer service team has responded promptly with helpful, relevant information that has solved my queries and allowed us to keep working on the projects with minimal interruption. I would also like to add that from what I have seen so far, Loopio is also very responsive to client ideas and suggestions. In the time we have been working with them, we have seen several new features been added, which have improved the experience even further for us. There is a strong feeling of "constant innovation". They were an integral part of planning how Loopio will fit into our organization and improve processes, and our onboarding manager was eager to share strategic insights. Further, we weren't held to a fixed timeline; Loopio was flexible with scheduling, acknowledging that the RFP world can be busy and unpredictable.
Feature-wise, task approvals have done wonders for version control and quality control in our RFPs. Visualization of task assignments within the project space has improved our SMEs' ability to manage time and meet internal deadlines. Additionally, going from no central repository of information to having an organized content library has already significantly cut down on RFP response times.
As a final piece of feedback, my company had very few RFP processes and no software in place prior to Loopio; I was brought on to help fill these gaps. No more searching past RFPs or reinventing the wheel by writing new content over and over again. Also, the ability to systematically review content in the library and assign entries to SMEs to review on a scheduled basis makes sure the content in our library is fresh and up to date, as does the close-loop process, which allows us to add any new content that we add to new RFPs to our library at the click of a button. Our team is starting to utilize the Magic tool for responding to RFPs. The Magic feature is Loopio's differentiator is the customization with its Magic tool. By using magic, we can get a head start on our RFP response and spend more time tailoring our proposal to the institution's specific goals.
I like the progress bar and tracking the team's progress throughout the RFP responses and set deadlines on items to avoid the last-minute rushes. It also helps that Loopio added the proposal timeline feature to the progress bar on the dashboard. From there, you can set not only benchmarks but also create points where the system can fire off an email to the owner and remind them of where they should be in the project lifecycle.
The dashboards on the homepage are new as well. You can track your companies project volume and assess how many projects were created in the last 12 weeks, which projects are currently active, workload summary for individuals, library health, and answer automation%. These dashboards are excellent for looking at how your team is using the Loopio platform.
If I had to select one feature of Loopio that I liked best, it would have to be the fact that their team is continuously gathering feedback from their clients and applying that feedback into new tools and features for their client base to utilize. It shows that they genuinely listen to and respect their clients and want to be the best platform in the proposal response workspace.

It’s really easy and simple to use. I did a training with our SMEs earlier this year to kick off a content review project and they understood the tool and how to use it without many questions. By far the library search with it's results scoring and time stamp are my favorite features. The category [faceted] search is a close second. There probably are a number of other great features but these get my work done fast. I also like seeing how many times any given response has been used and when it was used.

While all clients have unique needs, it is so valuable to be able to pull from the library of previous submissions. Loopio constantly requests customer feedback and implements these suggestions with each product update. Loopio is the most intuitive software I have ever used.
