Easy to build the library on content and Loopio shows you where you have duplicates. You can even push responses directly into a portal for submission rather than copying and pasting responses. Great onboarding support, very friendly and they deliver the whole process in manageable chunks. Everything was delivered at a great pace. We took this on just before Christmas so they worked to our schedule over the holiday period to get us up and running in time for a big project we used Loopio for. Gamechanger for our RFx Response Process
I was in the market for an RFx Response tool for about a month. Loopio stood out from the get-go. By FAR the best Sales experience I had with vendors in this space. The SDR (Katerina) personalised the response to me, asked the appropriate qualification questions on the call and got me in front of an AE much quicker than the competition. My AE (Sarah) was extremely helpful and got me set up on a sandbox to test the platform as soon as I asked, alongside having transparent pricing. This Sandbox access was extended a few times as I had to use it to demonstrate the value of the tool internally. The level of service continued post sale and my onboarding was a personalised, tailored experience. Having played with the sandbox extensively, my Customer Enablement Manager (Georgio) made sure that he wasn't covering things that I'd already explained that I knew/had done in the Sandbox. However, he was also great at challenging me when I expressed confidence in certain areas, he let me know that there may be things I hadn't explored or found and was always giving hints and tips. Alongside sharing customer experiences and best practices. It as a truly valuable onboarding experience that took just over 4 weeks. It would've been shorter. However, I had to move a few workshops around, Georgio was extremely accommodating and made the experience a pleasure. My CSM (Kiera) has taken over the account and had been in contact throughout the process and has proactively reached out and organised time to review in the new year.
Post onboarding, I had the Sales Reps up to speed and using the tool immediately. In less than a week I had all of the reps using the tool and responding to RFP/RFQs. In a MUCH shorter time period than before. We've extended access to the wider business as project contributors and they've commented on how slicker the process is now, as opposed to commenting on Google Docs and communicating in numerous places.

We have been working with Loopio for over six months and have been very impressed by the experience at all stages of the process, from the inital sales process, through the onboarding stage, and now daily usage. I would say that it reduces the time needed to complete RFPs and Data Security Questionnaires by 50%, and it is a much more pleasant and effective experience than having to work with shared documents. I love Open collaboration and all collaboration tools that allow us to talk to project members as I use the Comments section frequently for notes. Once the collaboration is done,the Exporting process is a breeze, giving checkpoints to ensure the mapping is correct.
I am a big fan of Magic for specific entries and Bulk Magic. We will be having opportunities where Magic will be used in a big way coming up and these enhancements will really help us.
I have used both the Google Chrome extension and the Loopio Excel Add-Ins and it can help portal responses, select questions from Portan and inport into projects to leverage your library. In regards to the Excel document add-in, you can go from Blank Excel document to new Loopio Project creation in minutes and Importing question and answer cells is easy, too.
The opportunities that I have used Loopio to collaborate with the team has saved us time and have made several of our deadlines easy to manage. Documents are cleaner for final review and all of the team members that I have shown are enjoying the use of the tool.

I love Open collaboration and all collaboration tools that allow us to talk to project members as I use the Comments section frequently for notes. Once the collaboration is done,the Exporting process is a breeze, giving checkpoints to ensure the mapping is correct.
I am a big fan of Magic for specific entries and Bulk Magic. We will be having opportunities where Magic will be used in a big way coming up and these enhancements will really help us.
I have used both the Google Chrome extension and the Loopio Excel Add-Ins and it can help portal responses, select questions from Portan and inport into projects to leverage your library. In regards to the Excel document add-in, you can go from Blank Excel document to new Loopio Project creation in minutes and Importing question and answer cells is easy, too.
The opportunities that I have used Loopio to collaborate with the team has saved us time and have made several of our deadlines easy to manage. Documents are cleaner for final review and all of the team members that I have shown are enjoying the use of the tool.

It is a very friendly software that allows you to interact easily, being a fundamental tool in the standardization of the company's responses, as well as allowing you to reduce the hours of work to find the answers, all the answers in one place, in the Loopio libraries. Our team is starting to utilize the Magic tool for responding to RFPs. The Magic feature is Loopio's differentiator is the customization with its Magic tool. By using magic, we can get a head start on our RFP response and spend more time tailoring our proposal to the institution's specific goals.
I like the progress bar and tracking the team's progress throughout the RFP responses and set deadlines on items to avoid the last-minute rushes. It also helps that Loopio added the proposal timeline feature to the progress bar on the dashboard. From there, you can set not only benchmarks but also create points where the system can fire off an email to the owner and remind them of where they should be in the project lifecycle.
The dashboards on the homepage are new as well. You can track your companies project volume and assess how many projects were created in the last 12 weeks, which projects are currently active, workload summary for individuals, library health, and answer automation%. These dashboards are excellent for looking at how your team is using the Loopio platform.
If I had to select one feature of Loopio that I liked best, it would have to be the fact that their team is continuously gathering feedback from their clients and applying that feedback into new tools and features for their client base to utilize. It’s really easy and simple to use. I did a training with our SMEs earlier this year to kick off a content review project and they understood the tool and how to use it without many questions. By far the library search with it's results scoring and time stamp are my favorite features. The category [faceted] search is a close second. There probably are a number of other great features but these get my work done fast. I also like seeing how many times any given response has been used and when it was used.

I've been with Loopio at one company or another since the beginning and they just keep getting better and better. Loopio constantly requests customer feedback and implements these suggestions with each product update. Loopio is the most intuitive software I have ever used. This does not take into account the operational time required to assemble and manage the document among different authors. I can easily find answers to questions sent to us in RFPs.
