I liked the new voice and her inflections! There were a couple of times that her voice faded in… I can’t remember the exact word. (It was her I tail response word into a sentence.) I asked about finding a motorized recliner, and she provided me with two options, each with specific details, which was very helpful. You're on the right track! Improved from my last experience. Keep up the good work!

Amazing. Clear & concise, good speaking pace. This will be a fantastic resource for all those in need. Wonderful to have so many language options.
My concern was getting my husband in & positioned in bed. Went to mobility equipment, the highest level of assistance, a hospital bed, without further assessment of need.
It transferred me directly to the company before I understood the names of the hospital bed companies, and I went directly to the company. I would have preferred receiving a text with the name and number.
