I would recommend Luv Michael because although you might sign up with the expectations of just getting more meaningless volunteer hours at another volunteer place, you might actually leave with your expectations shattered and replaced by a newfound compassion for people with autism. Joining this program has made me more open minded about the struggles people with autism deal with everyday and in turn, making me more willing and passionate about advocating for them in any way I can, and I truly believe you will have the same thought process too, once you join.

As an autistic person myself I often feel alienated from my peers as they don't understand the struggles, what it's like being autistic, or what autism is. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to make a difference by improving the lives of autistic people. This program I see will definitely help people be more informed of autism. Which in turn will help build understanding and empathy of autistic people

I recommend Luv Michael because it’s beneficial to more than just the advocate, it helps more people feel comfortable with who they are in relation to their surroundings. The process truly educated me on how difficult it is to advocate for those almost completely ignored by the majority. But it’s definitely worth the time and effort, because everyone should be comfortable, treated fairly, and advocated for.

I would highly recommend Luv Michael to other students because it is a meaningful opportunity to learn, grow, and truly make a difference.I was very suspicious about joining at first—I usually don’t trust programs on social media, and I don’t play around with things on TikTok or Instagram. But this was actually the best decision I ever made. Before joining, I didn’t realize how many adults on the autism spectrum struggle to find opportunities after high school. Through this experience, I was able to advocate for change, research important community resources, and help spread awareness in my own community. What makes Luv Michael special is that it’s not just about volunteering—it’s about education, advocacy, and creating real impact. Being part of this program showed me that even as a student, my voice and actions can help support a larger mission. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely encourage others to get involved and be part of something that truly matters.

Volunteering for Luv Michael is such a wonderful experience. The volunteer program is very simple and easy to follow, and, at least in my experience, it teaches you how you can advocate for others and yourself. The Luv Michael team is also very supportive and caring in all that they do; you can clearly see their passion for helping adults with autism.

One of the greatest things about Luv Michael is that it teaches things unknown to most people. Knowledge is power. But, so many times we are not taught about how autism really affects people!

I would recommend Luv Michael because the criteria isn’t super difficult but it allows you to be a part of something that helps better others’ lives and also allows you to learn while helping others learn more about Autism in adults.
