The information on the male and female pleasure spirals I found extremely valuable. I had never considered that men and women spiral in opposing ways, but it makes so much sense. The man from inside out and the woman from the outside in. 

I also loved the power center meditation and found it incredible how I felt so grounded in my power, my feminine power, a deep knowing and peace was established. I felt soft and calm but strong and confident. 

I found the masterclass captivating, all that Ma Ananda talked about and the added scenes with the couple evoked an even better understanding and feeling in me what it is all about.

I am extremely grateful for this marvelous transmission of knowledge and beauty. I lived powerful moments full of joy. This retreat taught me to celebrate my inner Goddess. I connected to the universal feminine and to women – as friends, as sisters and not as competitors.
