Have experimented and used other tools and so far Marker.io is the best. Especially the integration with project management systems. We usually don’t use the WordPress plugin as we deploy Marker script through Google Tag Manager, but the WP plugin works great when you need it and is customizable which is handy.

Having clients report issues on their own, while also collecting additional information like screenshots with annotations and console logs, has allowed us to quickly and effectively resolve issues that would have otherwise took several emails. We also use this tool for our internal reviews so that multiple team members can quickly take screenshots, annotations, etc. to help improve our overall design/development feedback loop efficiency. The integration into our Teamwork project management system has allowed us to quickly accept issues as tasks so that we can assign the issue to the appropriate person. The support has also been really great and fast to work with. We've been watching marker.io over the last few years and recently bought into their platform. Their product improvements have been excellent to see evolve over time.

We needed a Beta feedback tool and also a more streamlined way to provide QA/UAT feedback internally. Marker.io was able to do both. It's light on the front end, easy to implement. I love that it records/displays a video of the last 30 seconds of the user's actions. First impression is great.

I am the support manager for one of the products that my company develops, and so Marker.io has made communicating things with my development team extremely simple.
- The GitHub integration means I can post new issues quickly and efficiently, vs. having to take a screenshot, mark up the screenshot, and then upload it to GitHub.
- The fact that most of our GitHub items for our repository are right there when creating an issue with Marker.io means I can create an (almost) complete issue with all the tags, assignees, and information already in the issue without having to jump to GitHub to add these things.
- All of the data it captures about my environment is helpful to my development team, so they get a clear idea of the situation.
In fact, my team has had such good success with Marker.io that another one of our products in the company now uses it as well.

When we do testing, I need to make sure everyone is on the same page. My internal testers have all the experience and technical knowledge to collect the information the engineers need regarding the bugs, but our beta testers don't. I needed a tool like Marker.io to get them to submit perfect issues because everything was taking too long. I love how it is easy to set up, easy to easy and easy to manage for me. I needed the custom forms for our beta testers, to make sure they don't get confused, and they are perfect!

Bug reporting has never been easier since I've been using Marker !!
Before Marker, it was very difficult to explain a bug to my development team. I had to take print screens, then send by email, explain in the email the bug, etc. Thanks to Marker, it became very easy! all done in <10 seconds!

When customers file bug-reports the usually don't give the right context. With marker I have a screenshot with the possibility to draw / write on and i have very useful metadata (OS / browser / size / url /reporter etc)My client uses Jira, and the 2-way connection with Jira is very welcome!
