@arlogilbert @marker_io is magic for webapp dev. A browser widget enables anyone (from CEO to customer) to capture a screen shot and add feedback. Engineering gets a card (Asana, GitHub, etc.) that includes user environment & js logs. No more friction in reproducing & solving issues.

Marker.io works out of hte box, is super easy for clients to use – and I love that it syncs up to my PM tools so my team can follow through on feedback tasks.

Have experimented and used other tools and so far Marker.io is the best. Especially the integration with project management systems. We usually don’t use the WordPress plugin as we deploy Marker script through Google Tag Manager, but the WP plugin works great when you need it and is customizable which is handy.

Having clients report issues on their own, while also collecting additional information like screenshots with annotations and console logs, has allowed us to quickly and effectively resolve issues that would have otherwise took several emails. We also use this tool for our internal reviews so that multiple team members can quickly take screenshots, annotations, etc. to help improve our overall design/development feedback loop efficiency. The integration into our Teamwork project management system has allowed us to quickly accept issues as tasks so that we can assign the issue to the appropriate person. The support has also been really great and fast to work with. We've been watching marker.io over the last few years and recently bought into their platform. Their product improvements have been excellent to see evolve over time.

Working on a website that’s over 200 pages long, with plenty of content. Marker has made it so easy to know exactly what the change request is from my clients, and with no glitches. Even submits each request to our project managememnt system. Love this!
