My most recent 3 star review of this company, based upon a slow response was, unknown to me at the time, due to telephone communications issues beyond their control. Once the telephone issue was discovered Mike was very prompt and superb in making sure we were well taken care of. An initial meeting was scheduled right away for 8:00am and Mike arrived early. He was well prepared, professional, quick to evaluate the needed repairs and very timely delivering his cost estimate. Care for the customer like what Mike displayed is indeed rare these day. Thanks

I chose Mastercraft Home Improvement to install our new range based on the numerous 5 Star ratings on Yelp. We were not disappointed by their excellent service. Mastercraft arranged for a trained and qualified plumber/installer to come to our home on the day and time requested. Giovanni Lozano showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was very clean and very efficient. He installed our new range within a held hour and it operates perfectly. I would highly recommend Mastercraft for your home projects. You won't be disappointed.

I had Integrity Flooring through Mastercraft redo my subfloors. Cornelio showed up and worked for 7 days to make sure all was perfect when it was done. He is meticulous and very thorough. Cleaned up on a daily basis and was polite and considerate, even with my dog. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Cornelio. Also Rosie was very helpful and considerate.

I contacted Mastercraft to install multiple sets of French doors to convert my garage into a bright open studio space. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).

I wanted to recognize Chris for being responsive and providing thorough explanations and answers to my questions. I contacted Mastercraft to have custom built-in cabinets. What I liked is that my inquiry was responded to right away, and I was able to text Chris with any questions I had. I received 3 quotes from different businesses. I ultimately went with another business, however, I was very impressed by Chris's attentiveness and would highly recommend contacting Mastercraft Home Improvement. My wife and I experienced the misfortune of having a leaky kitchen faucet that was going on for a few months before we noticed it. When we became aware there was already significant damage. My wife and I met with Charley Case from Mastercraft and he immediately put our fears to rest by assuring us that our kitchen could be rebuilt and in a timely manner. Charley sent his best men, Alfonso and his son Allen to begin their work. These guys explained everything to us and they protected and respected our home at all times. There are not enough superlatives to describe Alfonso and Allen. These two men are outstanding craftsmen who pride themselves on doing perfect work. They were always there to answer questions if we had any. At the completion of our project my wife and I were beyond thrilled with the outcome. We love our new kitchen and are so proud to show it to as many people as possible. Charley Case was absolutely the best. He was knowledgeable, professional and an outstanding communicator. Any questions or concerns we had were answered very quickly. He was always there when you needed him. In closing, my wife and I are so happy with the final results, we would highly, highly recommend Mastercraft to anyone interested in having some remodeling work done on their home.

Well I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this company! Starting with Janelle who was a delight to meet and designing my vision, to Chris project manager to Anthony their tile installation guy. We'll get back to him, Joe the plumber and their glass installer, all were very professional. Even the gentleman who found me coffee creamer in their showroom! It took 2 weeks for my shower install, they were tidy, great communication, which brings me back to Anthony, I can't say enough of his skills, work ethic and communication with him on the installation was amazing. And let's not forget how tidy he was when he left, the guy is a working machine. Thank you all for making this project...painless!

It has been a couple of years since mastercraft built our Kitchen Island. We had a issue with screws coming out of the drawer glides. I called Chris from Mastercraft and without any issue or hesitation he set up for someone to come out and fix our issue. The carpenter came out and completely went over every drawer to make sure we would not have another issue. We are very happy with there service , Especially 2 years after completion.

Let me start by saying, Mastercraft and their team is top-notch. So much so that I've recommended them to others at work (several times), sounds like those projects went well too. We just completed a massive renovation/remodel project of our parents' home and are ready to have new tenants move in. Yay! It all started with a consultation with Juan Navarro. Juan was so easy to connect and work with. First we met at the house to take a look at what the project would entail... practically everything! He was thorough in making sure he understood what was needed to start to put together a quote. We met at the showroom a couple of times to select flooring, cabinets, countertops and tile... I think he was amazed at how quickly I was able to do so. Dare I say, we had a lot of fun in the process. When it was time to finalize the quote, Juan brought Bryan Reid in to ensure we had covered everything. As we were doing the walkthrough they were great about thoroughly answering all of my questions and making key recommendations along the way. Super helpful. Unfortunately, the project manager we had, while nice, IMO wasn't PM material. My expectation was to receive periodic updates and outreach throughout the project. However, I found myself doing the outreach and scheduling periodic meetups at the house to discuss the project progress. After reaching out to Bryan and expressing my concerns, I'm so thankful that he stepped in. Whatever you're paying him, double it!! Had it not been for him and his extreme customer focus this review may have gone very differently. He takes time to listen, ask questions and follows-up as quickly as possible. He provided valid time lines and updates that helped me understand when things were needed, ready to be installed (e.g., appliances, fixtures, etc.). Most importantly, he was easy to work with and I TRUSTED him. With any construction project there are hiccups, it's just the nature of the beast. The key is having a company, like Mastercraft, that takes care of those hiccups with proper communication and integrity.

We used Mastercraft for a recent update to our home (kitchen, three bathrooms, flooring and painting). They were professional and responsive throughout the process, and their work was excellent. We are so very pleased with the final product and the personnel who handled our job. Doing a project like this was a lot of work, time, dirt, and disruption. There is no getting around that. But they were 100% transparent about all of it from the outset, so we knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend Mastercraft to anyone looking for a quality job!

As homeowners for some 46 years, this is our first-time medium scale indoor renovation. Our purpose was to enable improved wheelchair access. We had some doorway and threshold work done, the opening up for a small bathroom to include removing the counter/sink area, and transformed our prefab (yuk) shower/tub into a master roll-in shower. We had high hopes for excellent work. Our first contact was a very helpful design professional, Hailey. We toured the house, talking about our needs; she is an excellent listener with lots of great ideas (and even some cool pics). For the largest project, the master bath, I provided plenty of my own pictures, which I think was helpful. Excited to get ready on the project, she came over again with a project manager to scope out possibilities, we made some decisions, and signed a contract then and there. Within a week, my design pro met me at the tile store (most work involved working at tile flooring areas) to look over my tile needs for the master bath. She pointed me in some lovely directions, always explaining how certain tiles would work well, or not. With beautiful samples in hand, the excitement grew! Decisions made, soon the demolition began in the master. Fidel et al were here on time, and with speed and care, very professionally covered areas (wood and tile) that led to the work area. They installed a zipper divider to keep the house clean and dust-free outside their work area. While the dog wasn't pleased with the intrusion and the noise, she soon settled in; I think she finally came to like all the guys (though, she'll never admit it). This is a very busy company, and it should be noted that scheduling demolition, the plumber (Jeremiah), a carpenter (loved Brandon), walls and thresholds (thank-you so very much, Gino), an expert tile installer (more on Anthony below), and others isn't an easy task. My husband and I both worked in jobs/professions where schedules must be made and kept to (except when the bosses make changes, a typical occurrence!!!), meaning thoughtful flexibility is key. Our MasterCraft project manager deserves congratulations on his foresight to meet his many clients' schedules (I'm sure there were tons of folks bugging him, just as we sometimes did). Another perk, we always got a text a day prior to a work team stopping in; I don't really know how he does it. Our experience exceeded our hopes. Also, if you want the best, most artistic tiling professional, you will love working with Anthony. With a flair for color and texture, he worked within our given parameters to create a beautiful roll-in shower. We recently had our guest's bathroom remodeled by Mastercraft and had such a great experience with their team! Laura, Gus, Oscar, Jimmy, Jeremy, Siloan, Edgar, Jesse, and Frankie were all amazing in the renovation of our guest's bathroom. The Mastercraft team diligently kept the entire area clean at all times throughout the process. Also, the team was always very courteous and the communication was great!
