My kitchen sink has clogged a few times, and I contacted MasterCraft to come resolve it. They promptly sent Erik out, who resolved it quickly for a reasonable price. On top of getting the job done, when booking I mentioned that I'd ask their tech to wear a mask due to some family health concerns, and Erik showed up wearing a high quality N95 which I really appreciated. Will definitely use MasterCraft again.

Very happy that I called MasterCraft. This was for a gas hot water heater replacement. My old unit pilot light was not lighting and was about 14 years old. Called and they had a plumber that was available to come out the next day. Giovanni was great! Showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with the old unit, and gave me several options on replacement. I really like the brand of the new water heater too, a very solid company. Even though he had some unforeseen obstacles while installing the new one - Giovanni was able to overcome them and do a great install. Highly recommend! I would have never been able to do that myself :)

Well you guys have saved my butt again, repaired the shower head in my bathroom after I hired a plumber to repair it the first time and broke the shower elbow connection of water line. Thank you again

Honestly incredible response time. I put out a "project need" on Yelp for a clogged sink and no joke I had a call from these guys minutes later, an appointment booked for the next day (a Saturday) and no premium for weekend work1 I asked bc I feel like that's normal for plumbing companies but not these guys. They're not nickel and diming you for nothing. They were on time, wore the booties on their feet to keep my house clean and were done in 20 minutes with invoice paid. This was a great interaction from start to finish. I'll keep them in mind should anything else come up in my house.

We needed to minor plumbing repairs done and reached out to a handful of plumbers for quotes. MasterCraft stood out to us immediately because of their quick response and the fact that they don't charge unnecessary weekend rates/fees like many of their competitors do. They sent a plumber out same day on a Saturday to take a look at the work we needed and provide a quote. Our plumber, Ahmad, was on time, polite, and provided us with a reasonable quote with transparency on the cost breakdown and work summary. When we confirmed we wanted to proceed with the quote he scheduled the service for the next morning. The repairs were completed well and efficiently, our final invoice even ended up being lower since one of the repairs was much simpler than we anticipated. HIGHLY recommend!

This is an updated review on Turner B their lead plumbing technician who works for MasterCraft Plumbers. I had an issue after this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet was installed yesterday. This issue is, I was not able to access this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet because for some reason, there was no water that came out of it. This was after Turner their Lead Plumbing Technician from MasterCraft Plumbers left my home. This morning I called and I spoke to Chris this answering service specialist and I explained this situation with Chris in me not being able to access this new MOEN Adler Kitchen Faucet because there was no water coming out of this faucet. I asked Chris , can she send a message to Brett their dispatcher and let him know my issue and to ask Turner B. to come over to my house and check out this issue to resolve this problem. Another minor issue was that Turner B. he accidentally had taken this manual for the MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Installation with him when he was going to throw away the old kitchen faucet part and the box. I always keep the manuals and the Lowe's Sales Receipt for my own reference and my protection in case I have any issues with this new kitchen faucet. I like that I can refer back to this plumbing replacement service for important information on MOEN's Lifetime Warranty on this MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Replacement Service. Then I received a text message from Brett (dispatcher). Then I explained this situation with Turner. Turner he looked underneath the sink and told me the water valve has been turned off. That's the reason there was no water coming out of this new kitchen faucet. Also Turner showed how to use this new MOEN Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet today. It was a simple fix that Turner has done for me. I believe my interaction with Turner these past two days we have developed a good business rapport and business relationship with each other. Turner started working on installing the MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. It didn't take Turner very long to complete this installation service in my mom's house today. Then Turner showed me how to use this new MOEN Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet. I was charged a reasonable price for this service and it was very affordable to me. I will give Turner a call again when something else comes up and I need to get a plumbing issue repaired or replaced in my home. I received excellent customer service and Turner and he also did an awesome job today. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers.

Jeremy did an amazing job to replace two shower valves and also install a new rainfall shower. It was very easy to communicate with him and I appreciate his clean work. Jacob also did a very good job to install flo moen into our system. Overall, my experience with both technicians was superb. However, the scheduling was a hassle. Initially, we are told that the whole work would take one day, and they were going to send at least two technicians. I understand that the job might take an extra day, but overall I had to stay four days at home due to the scheduling issues and there was only one technician present at a time.

I did a Yelp service request for leak detection, and Mastercraft Plumbers responded instantly. They called me and after a few questions was scheduled instantly. The tech - Ahmad, who was awesome - came out the next day to help. Thx Ahmad and Mastercraft Plumbers! Will def call you direct next time.

Wow, what a great experience! Submitted a request for service on a Sunday afternoon and received a friendly confirmation call in minutes for a technician to come first thing Monday morning. This morning the technician, Ahmad A., sent a message when he was on the way and arrived perfectly on time. All this is excellent, but I'm posting a review because Ahmad was so friendly, walked us through the potential options to fix our faucet leak and was able to make a quick repair. This was easily the best experience we've ever had with a plumber (or plumbing company). Thank you Ahmad!

I had a stiff shower handle, and suspected it might be the shower cartridge. I made an appointment with MasterCraft for a no-cost estimate, and they sent someone out within a day or two. Erik arrived and determined it was the handle itself that needed replacing. No plumbing work required, and he gave me the info I needed to look into getting the replacement part. I really appreciate the prompt, professional, and courteous response. I'm so happy to have discovered MasterCraft and will keep them in mind for future projects and referrals.
