“Partnering with Archimedic was extraordinarily gratifying—their engineering know-how brought our product from patent to prototype in record time and with refinements that will improve patient safety and increase consumer adoption.”

CEO, ZSX Medical
As our device development partner, Archimedic has been rapid, creative, and adaptable in bringing our napkin sketches to reality.
Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University
Our experience working with Archimedic was amazing. We started out with very little understanding about navigating the FDA process and the development pipeline. We came away from our collaboration with Archimedic ready to hit the ground running. With their assistance, we now have a detailed plan to navigate the development of our system. We are so grateful for the experience and opportunity to work with such smart and dedicated people.
CEO - Respair, Inc.
Our team had developed a promising technology, but we struggled to convey its value to the right stakeholders. Fortunately, working with Archimedic and Eric specifically proved to be a game-changer. With their help, we were able to craft a compelling narrative and presentation that enabled us to secure follow-on funding. Archimedic's expertise and perspective were invaluable, saving our team a lot of time and money. If you're looking for assistance at any stage of your life science journey, from early validation to end-stage delivery, I highly recommend considering Archimedic. They are sure to create value for your company.

Archimedic is amazing. I'm on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and a serial medical device entrepreneur, and worked with Archimedic on a device that spun out of our lab. Archimedic helped us identify key blindspots in our project and helped us chart a Major pivot. Archimedic has deep experience, terrific analytical skills, and they really deliver on their SOWs. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Broderick Regulatory Consulting, LLC
As a medical device regulatory affairs consultant, I have worked with a number of device R&D teams, both in-house and contract. Archimedic is one of the best. The robustness of their processes, including design control and project management, ensures that the project output is well positioned to support regulatory approval. I have found the Archimedic team to be very knowledgeable, dedicated to excellent design, responsive, thoughtful and great to work with.
Archimedic helped my team in the development of a new nailing system for the fibula as well as a novel trauma plating system for use around the knee. We needed to add resources that knew how to design in the orthopedic space as well as work with remote team mates. They were able to bring resources online quickly as our needs increased or ratchet them back when warranted. The Archimedic team took on the complete instrument development work while my team did the implants; their coordination of mating parts was seamless and the first prototypes fit together perfectly! They also handled all project management for their team so it relieved me of that responsibility. Archimedic has been the only contract design house that I have had this much confidence in over my 30 year career in orthopedics. They truly worked as an extension of our in-house team.
As Director of the FDA's Pennsylvania Pediatric Medical Device Consortium, I have seen Archimedic help early stage pediatric medical device ideas come to fruition. They have all the expertise, experience and tools to make this happen.

Once again Archimedic exceeded my expectations! Not only was our project plan completed on schedule, but their company delivered more than promised in the scope of work. As a medical device startup, every dollar matters and Archimedic’s experience, creativity, and follow through has set us on the path to success. There is no company I trust more to navigate PeriCor through product development and commercialization.
CEO, Active Protective
One of Archimedic's true strengths is helping to bring new-to-the-world concepts to life. They've been a very capable and long-standing design partner of ours, from the MVP that allowed us to establish initial product-market viability to the mass-manufacturable design for commercialization. And, importantly, they understand and can work within the time and budgetary constraints faced by startups and established companies alike.
Pritesh Gandhi, PharmD
Archimedic has helped the Tellbio team execute on critical business milestones and achieve our goal of manufacturing a high quality system in a timely fashion so as to advance oncology research.
As a first-time inventor and company founder without any engineering or medical background, I was initially overwhelmed about the medical device development process. Archimedic helped clarify this process, created a compelling vision for the Orvac™, and developed a comprehensive plan for achieving my longer-term business milestones. With Archimedic’s help I was able to secure additional funding to advance the Orvac™ to continue product development and commercialization milestones
The Medtech Canvas approach to put a straw man strategy to paper advocated by Archimedic I think is excellent. I have had the privilege, and experience, of being involved in initial strategy development and "pressure tests" using the models of my past employers (Smith+Nephew, Synthes, J&J, Natus) and in my start up world experience for potential inventors. I also had insight to those departmental approaches shaped by alumni from Medtronic, Stryker and Boston Scientific. So I have seen man "sketch" approaches. Some are also good, others a bit overdone. But I must share this Medtech Canvas approach that Arichmedic shares is a good synopsis, and "in the mirror reflection", to help inform go/no go/or consider gaps in decisions. Bravo Eric & team. Encourage especially early stage developers to take these informative and succinct courses.
Working with Archimedic through the Pennsylvania Pediatric Medical Device Consortium has been an awesome experience. As faculty at Drexel BIOMED, this is my first foray into device design. Eric helped us translate our unique concept and successes into a compelling narrative and monetiation strategy. He takes time to explain unfamiliar terminology and nuance from the business and regulatory side, working toward a mutual understanding of how to best move forward. I feel that I have a long-term partner and look forward to working together in the future on this and other projects.

Not only has Archimedic provided the technical expertise we need, but they continuously kept our projects on-time, on-budget, and focused on the right issues.
Kevin Cleary, PhD
Technical Director, Bioengineering, Children's National Hospital
We just completed a project with Archimedic to develop new concepts for an ankle robot for therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Archimedic did an outstanding job of working with our engineers and clinicians to understand the problem and develop new concepts. We were extremely satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others.

Before Archimedic, our project was an idea without a clear strategy for commercialization, but now we have a working business model.

After working with Achimedic They helped me organize the supporting information about my device idea into a much more forceful presentation which should improve my success.
