I love Ludi (and loved Metro Retro previously) it’s my go-to tool for retrospectives. I use it consistently on my projects with delivery teams, and I also rely on it when teaching Business Analysts. It’s simple, engaging, and helps people open up and reflect honestly - which is exactly what a good retro needs. The little details (fun + structure) make a real difference. And CONFETTI of course!

We love Ludi. We love it so much we did an in-person Ludi retro at our company team day with real confetti cannons and hats and it was everyone's favourite part of the day.

We use our boards for every sprint retro and for whole team collaborations and we all love it.

The ability to wear hats, throw hats and pull the confetti canon provides a few moments of fun at the end of the meeting which we all also really enjoy. Its the simple things.

Ludi changed our lives at Product Madness. We were using physical post-its for our retrospectives before. We're building an all-in-one platform for IT managers to manage their SaaS access, spend and vendors. Although we're small, we are doing retros regularly, especially with Ludi. The UX is just fantastic. I really don't like Miro, it's so uninspired. Ludi is so much better for it. They reinvented a few UX things that just makes everything nicer to use. It's a pleasure and fun to use it. Reminds me about Apple products in the early days. For instance, little details like everyone has a different writing font for their stickies. :-)

As a Founder in Residence at EF I have been doing loads of customer calls. Taking notes on those doesn't really work well on Notion as you don't have stickies to move around later and better organise your thoughts. I tried Miro but it's just so slow. I used to use Ludi (formerly Metro Retro) for retros at my previous company and I knew it was fast, and now I use it as my main "customer discovery note-taking" tool of choice!

I coach many different teams as an Agile coach and I'm always on the lookout for tools that genuinely enhance collaboration and efficiency. 

The simplicity of Ludi is important. I've experimented with other whiteboards but they were overcomplicated, whereas the teams embraced Ludi without hesitation.

I run retrospectives and interactive training sessions but also use Ludi to analyze the root causes of problems (like the 5 Whys), structure meetings with Lean Coffee, use sprint planning poker for estimation, or just for a brainstorming session to identify or solve problems.

A lot of useful templates give us an opportunity to choose exactly what suits us for the end of sprint.

We use Ludi for our retrospectives, but also for loads of other meetings. The team loves it! They are having a lot of fun with the planning poker and personalizing the retro boards. The emoji stickies are a particularly big hit, as is the confetti tool. We have used it a couple times for brainstorming and team building as well, and it worked really really well!

For me, Ludi is the state-of-the-art tool for remote retrospectives. It is not complicated like other similar tools. The ability for people to write their notes in private before they share is really important for us.

We love Ludi and it has massively improved the quality of the retrospectives we were having.

At this point, I can't fault it. I've used many types of tooling/apps for scrum team management and this one has been so intuitive, easy to pick up and ultimately engaging for team members (it has even won over the most sceptical members - they probably won't admit it yet but v. impressive), it means it has gone down a storm.

For my teams' retrospectives I have been using Ludi for nearly 1 year and am very satisfied with this collaborative web app 👍 

But now with their new upgrade to v2 it goes next level! So many new template options (eg ice breakers, Poker planning, T-shirt sizing, WoW). And also useful advanced facilitator controls within the boards plus optimized usability... big applause 👏

MediaWorks is a not-for-profit consultancy providing relevant print and digital media to Christian ministries. We are using Ludi for our biweekly Scrum Sprint Retrospectives for a web-based product we are building. Ludi gives us a fit-to-purpose tool for retrospectives.

Instead of using a generic whiteboarding tool, we are able to take advantage of the functionality you want during retrospectives. I especially like private stickies feature and each person being in full control of what they share and when. Voting on stickies is easy. Capturing action items is easy. Having a visible timer countdown is excellent. Confetti and similar add some fun to it all. 

Work should be efficient and fun and Ludi gives that to us for the 2 hours per month we are in retrospective events.

I've been using Ludi for many years with several teams. It brings joy to our meetings which is very hard online (the confetti is a great idea). I like the fast and effective creation of new boards also.

Ludi always worked flawlessly, it's fast and does exactly what we need. There are always new or improved features, new board templates. We tried many other similar products, but at the end we came back to Ludi.

Ludi improves the way I work.

There are constant requests to 'facilitate a meeting for xyz' and it doesn't matter what is asked for, I know I can build a board for that. If you want to have a very structured, formally-designed meeting, Ludi has tools for that. Or if you want to have a bit of a free for all, figure it out as you go meeting, there are tools for that too.

Ludi has just the right amount of functionality for my needs. It does a lot but not so much that it becomes clunky and confusing. The tool is never in the way of what I want to do! I love it!

Most of the other tools out there were either bland three column templates or huge whiteboard monsters. Ludi was exactly what we needed to unleash our creativity and engage effectively with our teams.

Since 2021, we jumped on the new version and its advanced functionalities. It helps us to run not only Retros now, but all kind of Workshops and Trainings - internally, with customers, or with guests.

Ludi is great for Retros! But also any feedback-focused workshop, making them similar to face-to-face ones.
