We've been big fans of Metro Retro at Instant Gaming since the pandemic. It was at first our go-to for our retrospectives with the dev team, and we started using others features for the product team. It's very intuitive, super simple, and it gets to the point. It's just the best tool for retros. Shoutout to the confetti tool :)

We're building an all-in-one platform for IT managers to manage their SaaS access, spend and vendors. Although we're small, we are doing retros regularly, especially with Metro Retro. The UX is just fantastic. I really don't like Miro, it's so uninspired. Metro Retro is so much better for it. They reinvented a few UX things that just makes everything nicer to use. It's a pleasure and fun to use it. Reminds me about Apple products in the early days. For instance, little details like everyone has a different writing font for their stickies. :-)

Our engineering team has used Metro Retro for years. We love it! They've thought through all the small things that make a retro fun, as opposed to using a generic whiteboarding application. For us, it's the small things. Hats, confetti, slaps. It makes retros super fun and engaging.

As a Founder in Residence at EF I have been doing loads of customer calls. Taking notes on those doesn't really work well on Notion as you don't have stickies to move around later and better organise your thoughts. I tried Miro but it's just so slow. I used to use MetroRetro for retros at my previous company and I knew it was fast, and now I use it as my main "customer discovery note-taking" tool of choice!

I coach many different teams as an Agile coach and I'm always on the lookout for tools that genuinely enhance collaboration and efficiency. 

The simplicity of Metro Retro is important. I've experimented with other whiteboards but they were overcomplicated, whereas the teams embraced Metro Retro without hesitation.

I run retrospectives and interactive training sessions but also use Metro Retro to analyze the root causes of problems (like the 5 Whys), structure meetings with Lean Coffee, use sprint planning poker for estimation, or just for a brainstorming session to identify or solve problems.
