Mixmax has changed my life! I own 5 businesses and have to send a lot of outbound communication including monthly emails to over 200 customers to verify if they want an order, what they want, etc. 

 Mixmax allows me to sequence out those emails and also to auto reply if there's no activity on the thread. What used to be 15+ hours of manual work is now 30 minutes or so. I also use the email templates for the dozens of standard emails I send for my various businesses. 

The templates allow me to easily send responses (or outreach) as well as automatically attaching decks, docs, etc. It is worth every penny and I wish I'd had Mixmax years ago! 

This is a MUST for efficiency, organization, tracking, etc. 100% recommend!

Mixmax is a great resource for outreach to customers. The sequences and templates are extremely easy to connect with your email and pull up. The tracking aspects are also great! One of my favorite features is the polls - helps the response rates so much!

Before Mixmax, emailing customers to recruit for discovery calls could take me hours—sometimes an entire day. Now, I can get it done in almost 3 minutes.

Mixmax has helped me to reach customers in new ways, enabling me to develop my own campaigns, effectively follow up with emails, and get in touch with a large customer base that I otherwise would not have been able to reach. Before Mixmax, I had to manually create my email templates in Gmail, and even selecting them was cumbersome. Following up with read emails was difficult, and there was no way to share my tools with the rest of the team. Now, I just have to share, email, and add as an editor, and voilà, the rest of my team has access to templates and campaigns, allowing them to personalize these for their own customers. I can send up to 300 emails a day and monitor the opening rate right from the dashboard. Thank you, Mixmax!

There are many things I enjoy about Mixmax. The templates are easy and a time saver when I am sending out multiple emails. Tracking when emails are opened is another one of my favorite features. It has allowed me to communicate with clients better and has helped with troubleshooting firewalls with emails as well. I use Mixmax EVERYDAY!!

It is so easy to send email sequences to leads after our call to present the proposals that we send out. MixMax is also great at giving notifications about who is reading my emails and how many times they are viewing them. It is easy to use, easy to integrate with the Gmail, and easy to implement different sequences for different clients. The team and I use MixMax multiple times a day, every day.

Being able to see when, where and which device the recipients used to open the email is really helpful, especially when sending an email to a wider group of stakeholders. Same goes for tracking documents/ links sent. The email tracking is very helpful since I work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The tracking features ensure the stakeholder received and opened the emails without having the need to check-in, especially for a wider-group audience.

I love that MixMax provides so many automation and integration features. And, it sends my email sequences from my Microsoft Outlook account instead of those third-party type servers like ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, and others. My open and reply rates are better. And, frankly, the system is easier to use and more robust.
