I had so much fun and positive insights in the workshops! We set out to change our business model and got so much more clarity than initially planned. Danny was such a great facilitator, guiding quite a large group of us into the nitty-gritty details as well as bringing us back into the bigger picture. The workshops were very well structured and weaving through the ebbs and flows of different people from different departments, personalities, thoughts, opinions and suggestions can very well be daunting to any given person but Danny made it all seem easy and super smooth. I have found Danny to be a very professional coach and sensational workshop leader! I was especially fascinated by his calm vibe and positive sounding voice! He knows how to keep even large team groups on the right way and never loses way of the core issues. He has the gift of recognising and using the best potential of the individual team members in his workshops. In my estimation, I would say that Danny has an enormously high emotional intelligence and can therefore also respond perfectly to situations and people! I had the pleasure to attend multiple workshops moderated by Danny in the last few weeks. These workshops consisted of a diverse groups of people with different seniority and background, including the senior management. Danny is an absolute master of his craft - always very clearly understands the task at hand and steers the workshop in the right direction. His presence is reasurring, calming and trusting that he'll guide us on the journey. During the meetings, he manages to find a perfect sweet-spot of own presence - allowing the ideas to from from the participants but not allowing chaos.
