Best Tool for working with OKRs - clean, simple, intuitive
Mooncamp is super easy to use. The interface is reminiscent of Notion, which makes it very intuitive. The tool is clearly laid out, so you can see your own OKRs as well as those of the whole team. No frills, super clean, it's extremely fun to work with. The team is always super accessible and very helpful.

Great tool for OKR implementation!
Mooncamp is very descriptive, easy to use and self-explanatory. The login works without any problems via Outlook. We especially like the planning feature, with which you always have the next cycle in view. With the performance feature you can track the success of your department from the objective to the key result.
Awesome OKR Tool
I especially like the high flexibility of mooncamp. You can define so many types of goals (Objectives, Moals, Key Results or anything else you like.) There's also the option to create own types of fields so you can add anything you need for your OKR. The new Planning feature, which is currently in beta is also helpful and works already quite well.

What I like most about Mooncamp is that it looks so clean but at the same time has a a lot of features under the hood. I especially like the property system which allows you to customize the whole app to your needs and even adjust the names to your company lingo (e.g. "goals" instead of objectives).

Best tool for OKR management
We introduced OKRs in the company last year and use Mooncamp for tracking. The tool gives a great overview of all objectives, key results and initiatives and visualizes very well where the current status is. The team is loves to use it.
Die kompletteste und flexibelste OKR Software!
In unserem Unternehmen haben wir sehr lange nach der passenden OKR Software gesucht. Mooncamp bestach gleich durch Flexibilität. In jedem Unternehmen sieht der OKR Prozess anders auch. Auch wir haben Spezifika, die sonst nirgends zu finden sind. Mooncamp ist die einzige Software, in der man unseren Prozess 1:1 abbilden kann. Dadurch haben wir es auch geschafft, mit Einführung unsere OKRs noch einmal auf ein neues Level zu heben. Mitarbeiter:innen lieben es, die OKRs in Mooncamp aktuell zu halten. Es funktioniert einfach und intuitiv. Die Schnittstellen zu anderen Programmen funktionieren auch sehr gut. Wir arbeiten mit Office365 Umgebung und nutzen vor allem die Schnittstelle zu Excel Online. Auch die MS Teams Integration wird von vielen Nutzer:innen verwendet. Der volle Mooncamp Leistungsumfang in MS Teams integriert, diesen Vorteil nutzen viele, um nicht ständig zwischen Programmen wechseln zu müssen. Hier muss hervorgehoben werden, dass die Mooncamp Entwicklungsabteilung unsere Spezifika kennt und uns zugesagt hat, auch Schnittstellen zu MS Planner und MS ToDo zu veröffentlichen. Das ist ein ganz toller Support und Service - wo findet man diesen noch in der schnelllebigen digitalen Welt. Der Workflow der Software ist selbsterklärend. Die User:innen im Unternehmen hatten keine Probleme, die Software zu begreifen. Seitdem wir mit Mooncamp arbeiten, hatten wir noch nie so aktuelle OKRs im Haus. Das liegt an einem an den Schnittstellen und zum anderen an der Bedienung des Programms. Mitarbeiter:innen haben Spaß dabei, im Mooncamp den Fortschritt zu dokumentieren. Es gefällt, wie Updates eingegeben werden können. Das Kommentieren dieser und auch das Wachsen des Fortschrittsbalken trägt zum Spaß am System OKRs in unserem Haus bei. Das wichtigste ist, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen die OKR Software akzeptieren, mögen und deswegen auch verwenden. Das haben wir mit Mooncamp erreicht.

Best-in-class software to manage OKRs
The UI of Mooncamp is super intuitive and once you play around with it a bit, you can get your whole organization up and running with it quickly. Out of all the tools we compared, Mooncamp also had the highest customizability which was very important to us as we have a lot of company-specific terms for certain OKR events and also adapted the OKR framework to better fit our culture. We also based our decision to go with Mooncamp on the G2 reviews which all spoke in the highest terms of the customer service – well, we can confirm! The support team is super dedicated, approachable and helpful!

We are over the moon
Everything in Mooncamp feels just "right". We love that you can attach files and images to every goal update, check-in or comment. Or that you can modify the OKR list with powerful filters and save tailored views to your bookmarks. Or that you can create your own properties that are displayed on your OKRs (like a "Lookup property" that automatically fills in the respective team lead depending on the OKR owner). Crazy!
Great support and tool
Our account rep is always so responsive and is able to answer our questions. As a tool newer to the market it is also nice to have input on new features they should come out with that would help move our business forward. The pricing is also very reasonable.
Easy to learn and highly customizable
You can customize Mooncamp to your needs. This is something no other tool could do for us and we are incredibly happy that we found Mooncamp now (even over G2!). Also, Mooncamp is really fun to work with and everything feels really smooth and not mindlessly glued together like our other workflow tools (Slack being the exception).
Maximal flexibel und super Support
Wir haben nun eine Software gefunden, die wir optimal an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen konnten. Damit haben wir für die interne Kommunikation eine ganz andere Bühne und haben nun perfekte Bedingungen OKR-Sets transparent zu machen. Wir hatten nach dem Anpassen noch zwei Kleinigkeiten, die uns unklar waren. Diese konnten aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit geklärt werden.
