the application process was very easy. Eli was super helpful, replied very fast, and provided me with lots of information about the unit we were interested in. Unfortunately we did not go through with signing the lease as it was a 1 year lease and I was only interested in a 6 month lease. He said he would keep me in if anything else came available.
