"Revolutionize Your Instructor Experience with NetGym"

CC

Casey Cordon

"It's been really, compared to what we were doing before, it's been so helpful and amazing. What we were doing before was literally group texts — so many group texts — a bunch of different Google Sheets, it was a mess, and we always forgot and people didn't show up, it was a disaster. So this has kept us very organized. And the fact that it reminds instructors when they pick it up is very helpful."

Everything with onboarding went smoothly and I have the majority of our instructors comfortably using NetGym for subbing. As everyone gets more comfortable, we will be rolling out the communication components for them to transition to. I appreciate how user friendly the app is. It has made it an easy transition for everyone.

My name is Catherine and I manage a Yoga Studio. Managing the staff schedule used eat up a lot of my time. Now, with NetGym, not only does it free up my time but it places the responsibility on the teacher to make sure their classes are covered. The message/post feature has centralized team communication and significantly reduced the number of team texts and emails. Overall, it is a comprehensive and efficient addition to our Yoga Studio.

NetGym has been a real game changer. We love the fact that it integrates directly into ClubReady, making it very east for instructors to select classes for which they need a sub. It also automatically updates ClubReady when a substitution has been approved, which makes managing substitutions much easier. We tried several alternatives prior to moving to NetGym, from simple group chats to other tools offering similar functionality. We are very happy that we switched to NetGym.

NetGym has been instrumental in helping with subs at our studio, especially during the holidays. We haven’t had to cancel a single class since opening last May because of NetGym. We're loving NetGym so far! Both my manager and myself see a lot of benefits. We had no issues getting all our instructors on board! We had a teacher go out of town for a month and it was so helpful for us to be the ones to choose the subs (and to clearly and easily see our options). Also love sending my weekly update through NetGym and seeing who reads it!

I wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU for being an amazing platform in the fitness industry. I teach classes at many commercial gyms throughout the NYC area, and YOU have made my life and subbing classes so much for efficient, stress-free, successful, easier, fluid, and because of all that so much for FUN to sub classes. I am a stickler for something that is user-friendly, well run, efficient, and fun, and that is exactly what NetGym entails. Thank you, to your team, for creating a world that has made the fitness world a better place. I am grateful. Everyone should use you!

I really like the product! Account set up and requesting a sub was very easy. Simplicity is definitely key and I think you guys nailed it. I also like how you can choose specific trainers you may prefer as a sub or just select all. It has a social media feel to it.

I have to say, pretty awesome!!! Saved me a ton of time! I'm getting subs confirmed now faster than I ever have before!!!!! Thank you so much for bringing this to EXOS! To have 8 classes covered in under 12 hours is epic! That never would of happened before. I can't tell you how many hours of work you saved me!

Wanted to express what an amazing system you've created, on every level. Makes so much sense and streamlines the process so well. And then, to have all reference at your fingertips, amazing.

I'm really loving NetGym as our system for booking and confirming subs. I feel that my feedback is always taken into consideration as to how to make the system grow with us.
