I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Documentation feature in NetGym. Another reason I can't imagine a studio not using them!

My name is Catherine and I manage a Yoga Studio. Managing the staff schedule used eat up a lot of my time. Now, with NetGym, not only does it free up my time but it places the responsibility on the teacher to make sure their classes are covered. The message/post feature has centralized team communication and significantly reduced the number of team texts and emails. Overall, it is a comprehensive and efficient addition to our Yoga Studio.

NetGym has been a real game changer. We love the fact that it integrates directly into ClubReady, making it very east for instructors to select classes for which they need a sub. It also automatically updates ClubReady when a substitution has been approved, which makes managing substitutions much easier. We tried several alternatives prior to moving to NetGym, from simple group chats to other tools offering similar functionality. We are very happy that we switched to NetGym.

NetGym has been instrumental in helping with subs at our studio, especially during the holidays. We haven’t had to cancel a single class since opening last May because of NetGym. NetGym has helped our staff stay on top of getting coverage for themselves, while also reminding those covering about their shifts. It saves me so much time.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for NetGym. Thank you for providing an efficient, time-sizing, stress-relieving platform!

We're loving NetGym so far! Both my manager and myself see a lot of benefits. We had no issues getting all our instructors on board!We had a teacher go out of town for a month and it was so helpful for us to be the ones to choose the subs (and to clearly and easily see our options). Also love sending my weekly update through NetGym and seeing who reads it!

I love the new updates. We have access to more data, like instructor history and that’s a big deal. All of you guys did so great with the new rollout and interface.

It’s such a useful tool and I use it everyday. It’s my go to and the first thing I check in the morning. I even visit it more than my personal emails.

I have been LOVING NetGym. I knew it would be really helpful but I'm surprised how much I notice its benefits and ease of use. Setup was very easy and my instructors don't seem to have any issues either.

NetGym has been a life changer I use it all the time (hence why I was worried when I wasn't receiving text) I'm able to sub at any YMCA gym and it helps me connect and work with a lot of people. NetGym was a brilliant idea.

I like it. I think it's great. I sub a lot, so it's nice to have the board to see everything I've agreed to do coming up. It's easy to accept from text and not have to reply to lengthy email I might miss.

By the way, I LOVE NetGym! I teach at several other gyms who have other programs (Group X Pro and 24HR Swapboard) for finding subs and NetGym is far superior! I like how it is connected with my phone and I receive text reminders about classes I am subbing. I wish more gyms were using this program :)

I really like the product! Account set up and requesting a sub was very easy. Simplicity is definitely key and I think you guys nailed it. I also like how you can choose specific trainers you may prefer as a sub or just select all. It has a social media feel to it.

I have to say, pretty awesome!!! Saved me a ton of time! I'm getting subs confirmed now faster than I ever have before!!!!! Thank you so much for bringing this to EXOS! To have 8 classes covered in under 12 hours is epic! That never would of happened before. I can't tell you how many hours of work you saved me!
