I joined the Leverage Accelerator looking for accountability for consistent lead sourcing and reachouts. What I found was a mindset, structure, and approach which has made this an integral part of how I connect with clients and win new work. The principles from the program have brought me new engagements, and helped me to develop a new part of my offering which I'm now looking forward to scaling outside of an initial pilot. The commitment of Riley, Ped and team to continually improving the accelerator and the way they support those going through it was my favourite part of this program.

I was stuck in the classic “feast or famine” consulting cycle. When I landed client projects, I focused solely on delivery — and marketing and sales fell by the wayside. Leverage Accelerator taught me how to work on both aspects of my business simultaneously. The faculty is top-notch and full of wisdom — they had plenty of tips to help me “get out of my own way” and start thinking like a business owner, not just a consultant.

The program was structured, thorough, and — importantly — flexible enough to meet me where I was in my journey. I spent valuable time refining and defending my niche while building a stronger client base and deeper professional connections. The support I received helped me move forward with clarity and purpose.

One standout result was the support I received while structuring a proposal for an innovation workshop for a client. Ped, in particular, used his excellent workshop design skills and deep experience to help me craft a highly successful full-day program. That experience alone was worth the investment.

Rather than a single “aha” moment, I experienced a gradual but powerful shift — a deeper understanding of my business model and how to better serve my market niche as a training strategist for manufacturing companies. I now feel much more prepared and confident in client communications, calls, and proposal development.

I was struggling to find a good product-market fit. Riley helped me immensely to a clearer path. I'd say the biggest takeaway was learning a completely new (to me) method for conducting business, one that focused more on giving than taking or pitching. It's worth way more than the price IMO and one of the few programs where the person teaching it (Riley) is super knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about.
