What I love:
- It pulls in the database fields to create the form
- You can change the titles of the fields to turn them into questions
- You can hide fields from the form viewer, but they populate in the database (think "date of submission")
- Super easy to navigate
I rarely come across tech where I wouldn't change a thing, but today I did.

I have been searching for an alternative to Google forms for a while--so finding notion forms was very exciting.
It's important to me to have a boutique software experience where my privacy matters to the developers, not to mention my time.

I would recommend NotionForms to other Notion users and businesses. Anyone using Notion as a primary data collection tool should use NotionForms for the same reason that someone using Google Sheets uses Google Forms to collect data. It is much better for the end-user to fill out a form that can be edited in the database directly.

I have already recommended NotionForms to many who work with Notion because NotionForms greatly improves the workflow, and users easily submit their info, data, etc.

Trying to connect a Notion database with an exterior service can be long and difficult sometimes (mapping data, for example).
What we like is that it is almost "plug and play". You create a database, and then the form is already connected. This is really easy to use.
Using a form instead of manually writing every database cell is much easier for the users. So users make fewer mistakes and have more fun. 😃

I am a programs director for a team of about 20, and we manage all our programs on Notion databases. Our programs provide services to hundreds of clients each week. We have found NoteForms to be invaluable to our work, whether it is a new client filling out a new application, a staff member note-taking, or a connected client registering new data. NoteForms as a platform has been responsive and adaptive to our needs over the past two years. They have many features that allow for adaptability and variation for the forms, and have added features when needed.

I have been searching for an alternative to Google forms for a while--so finding notion forms was very exciting.
It's important to me to have a boutique software experience where my privacy matters to the developers, not to mention my time.
Having the data automatically populate on notion saves me significant retrieval time.

I would recommend NotionForms to other Notion users and businesses. Anyone using Notion as a primary data collection tool should use NotionForms for the same reason that someone using Google Sheets uses Google Forms to collect data. It is much better for the end-user to fill out a form that can be edited in the database directly.

Trying to connect a Notion database with an exterior service can be long and difficult sometimes (mapping data, for example).
What we like is that it is almost "plug and play". You create a database, and then the form is already connected. This is really easy to use.
Using a form instead of manually writing every database cell is much easier for the users. So users make fewer mistakes and have more fun. 😃
