My roommate and I just moved to NYC for work and we were so lucky to have Jesus Fernandez help us find our apartment. Jesus knew exactly what we wanted and showed us apartments we loved, as well as cool spots around our new neighborhood. He really cared about us, and he knew a lot about his job. We were interested in two apartments, and one of them was trying to close fast. Jesus helped us negotiate with the our top choice, and explained all the details to us along the way. She answered every one of our questions, and had lots to share about the differences between neighborhoods and people she knew in all of the ones we were interested in (Hoboken, Jersey City Downtown, Jersey City Heights). She explained transportation options, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. She even pointed out lots of things as we drove around the neighborhoods - like parks, areas for farmers markets, bikes, etc. Working with Margaretha couldn’t have been better.
