Most helpful tool: OpenVC - it has been a lifesaver for us. It’s budget-friendly (aka lets you keep the lights on), covers all the core stuff you actually need for Investor cold outreach, updates, and status in one place instead of scattered across emails, Notion pages, and “final_final_v3” spreadsheets. Less tool chaos = more time actually building. Bonus I didn’t expect: the OpenVC community even runs free workshops. You learn, you meet other founders, and somehow don’t pay for it. Highly recommend to anyone building early and trying not to lose their mind.

OpenVC is a little treasure trove for startups. I wish I had known before I had started my first own venture back in the days.
