Outbound Squad came to speak with the Shopify MidMarket Sales team over the last 2 months. Through these sessions, I've learned more than I ever have about proper Outbound sales tactics. If you were ever skeptical about Outbound Squad - don't be. They are professionals! During our first two sessions they taught us everything we need to know about Permission Based Openers and the concept of a "Reverse Pitch". That same day I started practicing my new pitch and was able to schedule 2 outbound meetings through cold calls - this is NOT a coincidence. Ever since then I've seen a ton of success over the phones. They also taught us the power of leaving voicemails and multi-threading. This is another tactic that has landed me countless meetings by now, even with some of my top accounts! I'd highly recommend Outbound Squad. If I could schedule more sessions with them, I would! 10/10
