I participated in SKO. As a BDR/SDR a lot of what was discussed was meant for the AE role. There were parts that did help the BDR section as well. It was mainly stuff we try and practice already in our role but I thought it was great for the new hires and the people struggling to see that if they just stick to the plan they will see results. The email overview I think was the best. i knew my emails were too long so it was nice to get a refresher in the format. Only thing that is a little difficult for that is for a BDR to write personalized emails to every single person would take way too long for how little responses emails tend to get. I think most BDRs took away the shell of the concept and made it our own on how we can use it in cadences. I would recommend this for AE and a small portion for BDR. I know you probably don't have control over that as you're brought in for "sales" as a whole.
