I received an IV infusion at PALM the week of my half marathon race. I had been training for several months to run a sub-1:30 half and was looking for an extra boost to help me to the finish line. The experience was fabulous. The front desk is always welcoming and kind. I was immediately escorted back to a sunlit room with large comfy chairs and a nurse who was ready right on time. The nurse was adept with the needle and I was hooked up to the IV in no time. She educated me on what was being injected and even what to expect throughout the process. The process took roughly an hour from start to finish and was just the right amount of time to dig into the book I had been reading. Once the drip was complete, the nurse sent me off with a bandaid and I felt fabulous. The IV treatment also did the trick. I hit my half marathon goal time with a minute to spare! I will most definitely be returning back for another IV treatment at PALM!

I have used several services that have been very effective. I use monthly nutrition counseling with Christina. She is very supportive, She gives me many ideas on healthy eating, and recipes. I always learn a great deal. I feel very empowered after our sessions. I use the infrared sauna. It helps with relaxation. I feel calm after. I receive the headache IV treatments monthly. they are very effective in reducing my headache and helping maintain less headaches. I feel balanced after the IV. All these sevices are helping me achieve my health goals- healthy eating, headache management. I am grateful for these services and the effect on my life.

I am currently seeing and working with Julie Geeting. I will address that first. Julie has been an outstanding support to me in so many aspects of my life. I cannot imagine my time before seeing her.  What I can say and what I emphasize is the fact that I always walk out of my sessions with her with my head held high, I feeling of accomplishment, and always ready to tackle that next challenge that comes my way. There are not enough good things or adjectives I can use to describe Julie and my time spent with her, so let’s just leave it at there’s no one else like her as far as I’m concerned, she is just the very ultimate best! Now to speak about PALM, directly. I feel very welcome whenever I walk into the building… There’s always a calm feeling I have whenever I am there. I become familiar with a lot of the staff always been so welcoming and kind. Just in their acknowledging me by name as I come through the door makes me feel important enough that they know me. Lastly, I’ve been to several doctors at PALM, and the care I receive from them has been excellent. They have been on top of things, and always had a very open door policy, where communicating was as important to them as it was to me.

I suffer from headaches and the IVs are a life saver. I instantly feel better and can continue my day. The staff is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable.

I’ve been a member at PALM for quite a few years but this year PALM literally saved my life. Finding myself completely shattered into pieces after a divorce was sprung on me, I looked for something to focus positive energy towards that would give me the strength, focus and peace of mind to slowly start pulling myself out of the darkness. For whatever reason, I woke up one morning and decided I was going to learn all of the hard yoga poses by the end of the year and I was going to start with handstands. I started taking private handstand lessons in March and, five months later, I’ve never felt stronger or more like myself. I just spent a week in Yellowstone on what can only be considered a life force creating adventure and it involved doing handstands and yoga through the entire park thanks to PALM.

I had my first visit with Dr. Lily. After telling her about my concerns, she quickly started with acupuncture and also cupping. My pain was totally alleviated, and the swelling in my hand was gone. I could move my hand and use it. My back and neck pain were much better! I had more flexibility, without pain. Dr. Lily said my body responded very well to the acupuncture. She made sure I had a follow-up appointment. I am so impressed, happy, and well thanks to Dr. Lily.

Dr. Hohn and Emily have helped me get rid of my cane and keep me working without back or shoulder surgery. I feel reassured and love every visit I have with them and the PALM staff.

Dr. Catherine Hohn helped me with a big health issue involving mercury and lead exposure. The treatment was successful. I am now free of those heavy metals and I'm feeling good again! I'm thankful I didn't have my thyroid removed which is the standard treatment for my issue.

This is what healthcare should look like. I joined PALM to work with the medical experts there and to take advantage of the wide variety of vitality services they offer. The medical team is highly skilled, but the best part is that they truly get to know you and it's clear that they care. I feel like Dr. Kedia and Dr. Hohn are truly changing my life. Every aspect of my care is personalized and we meet regularly to discuss how I'm feeling and what else we could be doing to improve my health. For the first time since my MS diagnosis, I feel like I've regained some control over my body and my future. The wide variety of additional services are just the icing on the cake. I love the energy and mood lift I get from cryotherapy, and the overall sense of wellbeing after spending time in the salt room or relaxing on the Biomat/PEMF mat.

I am so incredibly happy I made the decision to join PALM Health! This is how healthcare should be: doctors who can spend time with patients, expanded services on site, and access to alternative treatments. Dr. Hohn is simply amazing and makes me feel seen and heard. I have completely gotten rid of my gut issues and am on my way to being a version of myself I haven't seen in years.
