I’m an active and loyal 2.5-year F45 member , continuously building healthy consistency. I gained clarity that life without workouts is painful. I went from hating to walk a block and close to passing out after less than a mile of walk, to high intensity workouts 5-6 days a week. Results are too many positives to name, including but not limited to losing fat, gaining strength, mental wellbeing, increased immune system, and many more.
